Monthly Rentals in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

I stayed in the apartment for six weeks. I found it to be exactly as the pictures show. I felt at home comfortable in the space and neighbourhood. It's a fairly quiet part of Greenpoint but it's close enough to restaurants and shops, and you can walk to the ferry to get to Manhattan, or take the subway. The traffic on the nearby road means there is some noise which I'm sensitive to so sometimes I used earplugs to sleep. The bed is very comfortable, the shower works well and the kitchen has a coffee machine. I'm a single female and felt safe in the area and in the building. Ziggi communicated well with me throughout. I definitely recommend the space and I'd say it's great value and good home base from which to explore NYC.

I've stayed at quite a few airbnbs and this one really stood out! It's a spacious, cozy place with lots of plants and a super comfy bed setup. Being on the first floor is convenient. The location is nice and quiet, but close enough access to the happenings of Greenpoint - the best NYC neighborhood, in my opinion ;) Joe was always helpful and responsive. Looking forward to coming back!

Had a great experience staying at Jakir’s place. Apartment was beautiful and spotless. Franklin street is filled with restaurants and bars. Remember to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, could not have asked for a better stay. Will recommend this place to visiting friends!

Had an amazing stay at Hristyan’s place in Greenpoint! Super clean, cozy, and perfectly located—right by great coffee shops, bars, and close to the waterfront. 7 train is 10 min away. Hristyan was a friendly, responsive host who made everything smooth and easy. Definitely recommend and would book again!
