Apartment holiday rentals in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

Michael and Emma were wonderful hosts and very accommodating. My partner and I stayed at their place for a few weeks while we searched for apartments in the city and we felt comfortable. Michael and Emma were both gracious in sharing the space. They gave us great recommendations of what to do in the city and tips for the apartment search!

We had a great time! Subway is a 10-minute-walk away, the neighbourhood is quiet so great for sleeping!

Perfect location-5 minute walk to the subway, close to restaurants and cafes. Jason was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

The location is very convenient regarding subway, buses and stores of any kind. The apartment is clean, bright and quite. Holly was helpful with everything I needed.

Trey and Tammie's place was very nice! Located in the neighborhood of Bed-Stuy, it has easy access to public transportation and other amenities. Both were very communicative and ensured that there were detailed instructions on getting into the place and the room you reserved. Attentive hosts and a nice place in Brooklyn!

The host was lovely and very responsive. The location is minutes away from the subway and will take you to midtown in 15 minutes. We needed to get to Hudson yards or the end of 7 track for a week and it was quick! Keep in mind that it gets hot and humid in the summer so the AC was necessary and worked great! I am sensitive to noise and light so I brought my ear plugs and eye mask and slept well. You will need them if you're sensitive like me. There's a brita water filter so you can refill your water bottle everyday! Make sure to check out Bolivian Llama party which is a 15 minute walk away but the empanadas are mind blowing. Also, keep in mind that you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. It was fine for us but if you have heavy luggage, it might be harder. There were other guests in the other room so we shared the bathroom but luckily we didn't have to wait and used it at different times. If you just need to sleep and head into the city everyday, this is a great option! Thanks Daniela!

Wayne and Lucelia are exceptional hosts! Wayne met me on the street at night to help me w my bags and was super understanding by allowing me to park my rental car at his driveway until the morning since I arrived so late. Their place has everything you can temporarily call home. They thought of everything. The wifi was fast. The AC was greatly needed since it was 92°F on several days. Otherwise the ceiling fan was perfect. The bed and pillow was super comfy! I wanted to take it back home w me!!😉. Having a washer/dryer was wonderful! Their kitchen is like home. Everything u may need is already there waiting for u. I had a wonderful time staying at Wayne's and Lucelia 's home. They are super friendly. Their daughter is super adorable 😍 Additionally, Wayne was extremely responsive to my texts and questions. His detailed instructions were super helpful!😊 Without any delay, I would definitely love to stay at Wayne's and Lucelia's place again when I return back to NY!😍

Neanna's place was really wonderful, beautiful, clean, spacious, well designed/furnished, comfortable bed, everything you could need, full & well equipped kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning. Easy to get in and out and close to subway and restaurants. Only minor issue was the restaurant/bar right around the corner (so almost backyard to backyard in an L) was loud at bed time, but the bedroom air conditioning white noise completely eliminated that noise and we slept great. Highly recommend this great place!

Amazing place to stay — (2 of us, did not cook, etc while we were guests) clean, spacious, no detail overlooked, comfy bed, great location, nearby restaurants & coffee shops, renovated, perfect place to rejuvenate after a day of activities. Host was able to change our dates of arrival, communication outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. Best airBnB we have stayed in. Thank you.

It’s a pretty rad spot on the edge of the East Village. Perfect for a few nights in the city. Communication is very good, everything went as stated and all codes and check in were smooth. Recommended.

I had such a lovely stay here during my trip. The location in Putnam was super lively and felt very local, in the best way. I especially loved grabbing a coffee from the nearby coffee shop and drinking it in the private backyard to the sound of the morning birds. Also, only a 10 min walk to the C train to Manhattan! The apartment itself was the perfect size for me, with a full kitchen and fridge which made it really easy to cook when I wasn’t dining out. The private entrance and multiple security doors made me feel really safe, which I massively appreciated as a solo traveler. I did all my communication through Linda, (co-host) and she was absolutely lovely. Warm, friendly, super responsive and had some great food recommendations that really made the trip feel more personal. It was a smooth check-in and she happily accommodated my later arrival which I’m so thankful for. Honestly, I’d 100% stay here again next time I’m in NYC. Made great memories I’ll cherish forever.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

Linsey’s place was easy to settle into—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was covered, from kid-friendly dishes and towels to an iron and teapot, making it feel like a home away from home. The space was quiet and restful after full days exploring the city, and the lighting in the evening made it feel especially cozy. Clear instructions and room controls helped us feel self-sufficient, and the toys for the kids were such a sweet bonus. Linsey’s communication was detailed and considerate throughout. We also loved Café Spaghetti just around the corner—a neighborhood gem with great hours and a relaxed vibe perfect for little ones.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing home of Peter and Jess! It is so welcoming, beautifully laid out and has every amenity a guest could need, plus extra thoughtful touches. Check-in was a breeze, the home was immaculate and our bedroom seriously had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Having the rarity of a backyard to enjoy - especially in Brooklyn - was such an added bonus, and they went out of their way to welcome our dogs! The location was perfect - everything you could ever need, including restaurants and shops, is in walking distance. We were able to find nearby parking throughout our visit. The privilege of being guests in their beautiful home for the weekend of our son's wedding added so much enjoyment and comfort to such a celebratory event!

Exceptionally stylish, peaceful haven in a perfect location for New York. We loved the green mindful ethos of this wonderful gem, filled with a great art book collection. Thanks for everything, keys easy to find ! Super clean, bright, and soothing place we recommend highly.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
