Monthly Rentals in Green Lake, Seattle

Bryan's place was lovely--it was quite, the front yard was super peaceful, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything that I needed, it is in a quite, safe, walkable, and lovely neighborhood. I was in Seattle for a conference in DW and commuting to DW was easy--a quick uber ride and a couple blocks away from a bus stop to DW. Bryan was friendly and very responsive. I would definitely recommend Bryan's place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and lovely place to stay in Seattle and whenever I visit Seattle, I would love to stay again! This is a really beautiful place! Because we visit our son at UW pretty regularly, we stay in many AirBNBs. This one is really above and beyond! The kitchen is really well appointed, which means a lot to us because we prefer to eat in. Everything is so clean; towels are great, as are sheets, extra pillows, etc. Our only complaint is that the blinds in the bedroom do not block out light, which with extended daylight hours in the spring and summer, is a bit harsh in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay in Greenlake. We were in Seattle to look at our relocation options, and the house was central to what we needed. Very cute and easily accessible to walk at Greenlake, visit local cafes, have good food, and of course, easy to commute to downtown. The home was as described, perfect for two people, and we really enjoyed our meals on the patio. We did have to visit a cafe for wifi access since we worked a few times while there. That's my only "warning," however. Just be ready to have options if you need to work, especially two people, eating up video and internet time. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay! I also appreciated that Jennifer let us check in earlier due to our early flight arrival. That was very kind of them!

This was a v. clean, well-equipped basement apt in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to downtown (25 min on frequent, fast bus 1 block away). It was also 1 block from a grocery coop, very convenient, and had a good collection of dishes & cookware. Lovely Green Lake is also only 1 block away. I had an excl. stay, & would book again. However, there are 2 possible issues. The shower is in the tub & the tub sides are v. steep. This was OK for me but I would not recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. Although there are 2 grab bars for getting in, one is blocked by the toilet and leads you directly under the shower, & the other is at least 1.5 feet from where you put your foot down inside the tub. Once you are in tub/shower, there is no grab bar along the wall. The second issue is that they request no shoes in the apt, the floors are poured concrete and there are no house slippers provided. So if you have any foot, ankle, etc issues, you should bring your own house shoes.
