Enjoyed our stay. Ian was responsive and due to our parties split arrival time allowed us to check in a little earlier. Clean, cute, functional place. Restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again if back in Seattle.

Nice spot in a beautiful area , if you are unfamiliar with Seattle and the layout this is the fancy nice safe part of town overlooking gorgeous water - great airbnb location!

my husband and I have stayed in many airbnb's, but this is the absolut Best. the apartment is beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is equibbed with everything you could want. we were so comfortable staying here and will definition stay here again.

We had such a fabulous time at Lene’s beautiful home ! Set in the perfect location next to Lake Washington in gorgeous Madison Park, which has wonderful cafes and restaurants. Very spacious and cozy with such a lovely comfy bed and ultra pristine linen. The great kitchen has everything you need and the shower was wonderful. It was extremely quick and easy to get into downtown on the number 11 bus. Lene is such a great super host nothing was too much trouble for her and she even let us use her laundry room which was so kind of her. We would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much for looking after us x

Exceeded our expectations!! It’s a gorgeous place, the bed was super comfortable with excellent linens and the bedroom was quiet. We enjoyed coffee and dinner on the patio while enjoying the city scape of Seattle. The kitchen is equipped with really great cookware and supplies. Location is great. Will definitely book here again when coming to Seattle!

Lovely upstairs apartment in the trees. Creative and quality upgrade & furnishings in an older home. It was most comfortable, and enjoyable. As a few comments have addressed these following aspects, I'll give my 2cents. The stairs did not bother us (an older couple), and since they were described and anticipated, it was no problem. In the attic apartment, with lots of great windows including roof windows, and a large portable fan...the attic apartment was comfortable. The PNW nights generally cool down nicely, as it did for our 2 nights in June. If Seattle has several hot days in a row without a nice cooling down at night, like it gets sometimes in the summer, I probably would have been uncomfortable in the evening. Again, I felt this aspect was well described in advance. A great value for a lovely snug neighborhood in Seattle. I could walk to groceries, restaurants, pubs, and the Cherry Hill hospital complex within 15 minutes. So it was perfect for my needs.

A few things to mention: there is a reason why the rating is 4.99. The place is great for those looking for a full unit. The location is nearly unbeatable as far as beauty, walkability, things nearby and and proximity to other locations (shopping, fitness, downtown). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I will note that my GPS pointed me to the wrong side of the street, so that is something one may need to consider.

Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Place is very walkable and the area is nice. However, the ceiling isn’t very high, so it might feel uncomfortable for some. Overall, it was a nice 3 night stay and I would probably book short stays here in the future!

Great stay in a cool one-bedroom ADU. Location was perfect for us, as we were doing most things on that side of town...Queen Anne, Ballard and Magnolia. Great neighborhood, many parks, very safe and lots of street parking, too! We liked the layout and amenities, and both Bart and Bridgette helped make it an easy stay. They were very responsive when we had questions, and they were excellent hosts overall. I would absolutely recommend this location on your next trip to Seattle!

The neighborhood was quiet and was easy to get around with walking. The rental was superb. It was easy to access and I always felt like I had plenty of privacy. Tracy responded quickly to an issue I had and got it fixed ASAP. I would gladly recommend this rental and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I’ve only stayed at a few BnB’s but this was far and away my favorite. The space doesn’t feel cobbled together as a cash grab, but rather was presented in pristine condition and with really amazing updated features (heated floors, basically everything in the bathroom). We had everything we needed and it felt private. There are some dogs upstairs that make noise from time to time, but even that was mitigated during the communicated quiet hours. Overall a very positive experience and I would book again in a heartbeat.

A really thoughtful Airbnb in a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean with comfortable amenities. Hosts were very kind and communicative. Short walk from some great restaurants, cafes, and parks. Definitely recommend!

Lee’s place was very private, clean and comfortable. We loved its being a five-minute walk from our son’s house, but even if we weren’t near our son, it’s close to shopping, restaurants and parks. The street is beautiful with so many lush trees and flowers in bloom.

This is a really beautiful place! Because we visit our son at UW pretty regularly, we stay in many AirBNBs. This one is really above and beyond! The kitchen is really well appointed, which means a lot to us because we prefer to eat in. Everything is so clean; towels are great, as are sheets, extra pillows, etc. Our only complaint is that the blinds in the bedroom do not block out light, which with extended daylight hours in the spring and summer, is a bit harsh in the morning.

My husband and I loved staying here. The place is thoughtfully furnished and decorated with extras of things visitors might need like towels and blankets. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I also loved the patio outside to sit and enjoy the morning. Dan and Jodi are super responsive and friendly and made us feel really welcomed during our stay. The neighborhood turned out to be our favorite in Seattle because of the proximity to the lake, which is gorgeous and so lovely to walk around in the mornings and in the evenings to end the day. Love the hot chocolate shop down the street. We’ll definitely be back for our next Seattle trip

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Melissa’s place is exactly as pictured. It is in a great location right on the water and within walking distance to Pike Market. It was very clean and spacious. Melissa was very quick to respond to any questions and give local suggestions. Would definitely stay here again! We were able to walk almost everywhere. The waterfront walk was beautiful and flat. We were even able to listen to a show from our balcony! Some of our favorite activities were Starbucks Roastery, all the wonderful bakeries and Chihuly Glass Museum. Favorite restaurants were Chihuly Glass Garden restaurant, The Fishermans Restaurant and Conversations. would live to visit again!

One of the most comfortable places we've stayed in! It seemed like a lot of thought had been put into the organization of the kitchen and the guidebook, and things were labeled well. There was a nice bidet for the toilet, and I personally enjoyed the forest green aesthetic of the bathroom. Thank you Kevin, for a great week-long stay!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Gem of a spot. Jeff put a lot of thought into the design. Bathrooms got heated floors and double shower heads! Shout out Spencer for sharing!
