Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Great Smoky Mountains

Incredible location for our visit to Sylva. It was a short walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

The host was wonderful and the resort offered everything for a family.

The studio was just as described. It was very cozy and had everything we could have needed during our stay. Terry is an excellent host. He is quick to answer messages, and his personal hospitality is something we've never enjoyed in any other airbnb. We've already booked a return stay for October, and we cannot wait to see the fall colors from that porch.

Dre is a very friendly and hospitable host, always taking care of her guests. Her doggos are so lovely as well. She provided us with excellent tips and directions, and she also gave us a wonderful gift during our stay. The place was tranquil, making it the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would stay there again.

Kathryn's place is very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. She gave very detailed information on how to find the place. Her recommendations for local dining were excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

We were looking for a hotel close to University of Tennessee. With it being game weekend, the prices were insane. Allison's listing was a reasonable rate per night but a 20 minute drive away from the university so we didn't know if we're going to regret our decision on game day...but we didn't. The place was spacious enough for my son and I with a nice little kitchen/dining area and it was spotless. We had extra linens to use on the pullout couch with super comfy pillows. The hosts even left breakfast bars, oatmeal and coffee out to make our mornings easier. I messaged a couple times before arriving and my questions were answered quickly in a detailed manner and they even gave us restaurant recommendations with we appreciated! If my son winds up attending University of Tennessee next fall we will absolutely be back!

This is such an adorable house! The layout and decor were very inviting and thoughtful. The home was clean and smelled fresh. Elisabeth was a wonderful host. Rain was expected for our one night stay and she was kind enough to leave a towel at the back door for our puppy’s paws. She also left an assortment of snacks for us (even the pups!) 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY! Angelia’s home has the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever had the privilege to stay at. I was in town to work an event in Maryville, and never wanted to leave the home. The kitchen was perfect for home cooked meals. The beds were comfier than the ones I have at home, and the recliner couch was fantastic for a movie night. The views of the valley are unlike any other. We had rain & shine during our stay and no matter the weather, the mountains and valley were amazing to gaze over. Angelia even provides binoculars which was enjoyable to sight see, as well as maps and recommendations for great hikes near the area. This home is very pet friendly, and the deck was perfect for our pup to sun bathe while we relax and take in the sights. The area is very private, which gave us complete silence to hear the birds chirp and wind rush over the trees below in the valley. I highly recommend staying at this home, and cannot wait until I have the chance to return.

Great little spot. My wife and I stayed here for a month while we explored The Smokies and Asheville. Super comfy bed & couches, stocked kitchen, great AC, fast internet, and a yard (unfenced) for our dog to run around. That was everything we needed for a great stay. The only downside was the limited natural light in the house. Chloe was a great host and helped out promptly whenever needed. Walking distance to great spots in Canton like Papertown Coffee and Three Compas. Two thumbs up.

Great location for anglers fishing Douglas Lake! Also fun to sit outside in the front and watch the golfers. Watch out for golf balls though. I think we picked up 11 just in the 8 days we were there.

this place is absolutely amazing. the firepit, the views, basketball game and board games. there is something to do for all ages.

Great host, I booked my stay at about 8pm and Carla was quick in response, accommodated us, and we had an amazing stay. There’s classic early 2000s DVD’s that my son loved in the bedroom he stayed in, there’s WiFi TV in the living room that we enjoyed together. But overall, hanging out on the front porch in the quiet morning with nothing but nature singing along, it was amazing.

Great place if visiting the area. We are a family of 6 and this worked perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Checking in is a breeze as well.

Great stay at a great location!

I enjoyed my stay at Sunny’s. I would definitely recommend it. It is centralized to many attractions and plenty of fantastic restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and anything I needed was at my fingertips.

If I could rate higher than 1 5.0, I would. Beautiful unit. Beautiful view. Cozy, warm, quiet. Communication with management was stellar. Incredible response time. Upon arrival, and in a mountain-y area where there was no cell phone coverage, the unit Wi-Fi functionality was addressed immediately, and swiftly. Our daughter was behind us about an hour, and regular cell coverage made it impossible to contact them and direct them in. Wi-Fi was reconciled in the unit immediately, and no connectivity issues persisted. Thank you to Stephanie and her assistants. Thank you for allowing us to stay and have an extremely memorable trip aboard the Polar Express!! Happy Holidays, and Merry Christmas!
