Holiday rentals with breakfast in Great Smoky Mountains

We enjoyed our overnight stay for father's day celebration. Our dads enjoyed playing the pool, grilling and the cold beer. The place is well stacked with everything we needed. You really didn't have to bring anything aside from the food you wann cook. The rest of the things like utensils, utilities, beddings, towel and cleaning stuff are all provided, even snacks and coffee! Superb!

Nicholas's place was great! Close to downtown, and walkable to all of the things we wanted to do. Will stay here again.

River river river!! Amy's pictures do not do it justice. By far the best part of the stay. The flow of the river starts the day off great and provides a soothing sound to end the day. Amy was on top of it, whether it was providing recommendations, or being available with extra water cause a dumb dumb ran into the power pole. The surrounding area was far away enough from the city, but yet so close that the drives to each little town wasn't too far. Amy was kind enough to leave us snacks and cute little personalized messages around the house that provided just the extra boost to our confidence that it would be a great stay. The house had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Amy's place was perfect for my wife and I, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Hope was an excellent host. We traveled from Indiana and arrived early. She was very accommodating in accommodating our early arrival and provided us with a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend her home.

Well appointed, beautiful and clean home made our trip perfect! The little touched make any guest feel like you are staying with friends! Everything was exceptionally clean. The view from the porch was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the local coffee everyday. If you are a bird person, we would easily hear 20 different birds daily. The driveway has a little bit of steep turns, but easy to navigate. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked, decor was lovely and the hot tub was crystal clean and provided a nice break after a busy day. Communication was great and fast responses. We highly recommend Aspen Crown and would love to stay here again. We were a family of 6, 3 teen age kids and there was plenty of room and things to do.

Susan’s place was clean and a great fit for 2 couples and a couple doggos. Bathrooms were great, as was the huge walk in closet in the king bedroom. Luggage stands were very helpful as well. We would definitely stay again and recommend. The only down side for us was the driveway was a bit small for two full size pickups and neither would fit in the garage. But we parked in the street and the guys in the other side of the duplex said they didn’t mind it so all was well. Great stay.

The Sweet Spot is the sweetest place to stay in Brevard ♥️ Jillian is an excellent host, and I had a truly wonderful visit here.

What a find! For one thing, it’s a 10-star view. That alone is worth this stay. But it’s also quite convenient to Pigeon Forge without being too close to the throb and sprawl of it all. Not too far from Wears Valley and Gatlinburg too. On another note, these hosts care about their property and your enjoyment of it more than I have ever encountered. You should book this place; it’s special. Be sure to read their story in the literature in-house.

A great place to stay in asheville! Rom and Dawn were incredibly welcoming and the place had all we needed to have a great weekend! Highly recommend.

The space is even better than imagined. Spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen for cooking full meals. The views from the Icarus House space are spectacular. The covered porch was lovely for sitting and dinner when it was raining and we could see the clouds moving over the mountains. The gardens and plants around the house are joyful. We took the recommendations for accessing trails in Pisgah that we could reach from the house - what a treat to be able to do that! The hosts were accommodating and super responsive. Would absolutely love to return!

Our family is always grateful to stay at Mary Ann's beautiful property! We've stayed here multiple times now and hope to continue to do so whenever our travels take us through the Asheville area. This property is truly a gem - peaceful, beautiful mountain view, a tree swing, lots of greenspace for the kiddos to run around outside after long car rides, comfortable big beds, a lovely bathroom, cozy living room and lots of much appreciated extras in the kitchen like KCups and creamers, pop tarts, waffles, water and juice. And if you ever need anything, Mary Ann is super responsive. It truly feels like a respite for us along long family trips, like getting to stop at a home away from home. We love this special place! Thank you so much Mary Ann!

Lynn’s spot was beautiful! Great view. Short drive to downtown Asheville. She was very kind and responsive and even had pumpkin muffins for us. Would stay again!

Tony and Barb's guest apartment was cozy, quiet and pleasant. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed available to us, although Barb offered to provide anything else we may need. (There were even bagels and spreads in the 'fridge!) The kitchen is small but offers all full-size appliances, even including a dishwasher. All cooking supplies are supplied as well. The apartment was easy to find, and getting to other places we needed to go (grocery store, restaurant) was convenient. The living room and bedroom are comfortable, and an ample-sized screened porch would be a nice place to relax and enjoy the peaceful back yard. All necessary amenities are available including FireTV and WiFi. It would be a comfortable place for an extended stay. It had the quaint feel of staying at grandma's place but with no dust or clutter!

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay with Kathleen and her family on their farm. We were so impressed with how important to Kathleen it was that we have an incredible stay. We felt like we booked the finest place in all of North Carolina because she treated us like prized guests every step of the way. The stay included breakfast, which exceeded our expectations in every way. I would rival Kathleen’s dishes with any of the finest bed and breakfasts in the South. It was some of the best food we have had, and we are still raving about it even days later. The room was cute and comfortable. We felt like we were in a little French cottage, which perfectly complimented our experience since we also visited the Biltmore while we were in town. It truly felt like the gilded age at every corner. We enjoyed the animals on the farm. The big dog that watches over the other animals was the sweetest. The goats surrounded us with love. We even got to see newborn piglets and got to hold them. We will be back!

Can’t possibly say enough good things about this spot. Both John and Debbie were incredible and I left feeling like I had made new friends. Already miss this place and can’t wait to come back next time. If you’re looking for somewhere in the area to stay this should absolutely be #1 on your list.

We had a wonderful stay at Creekside Inn B&B . Mike was there to great us soon as we arrived and gave us a tour of the entire inn . We felt right at home , Mike suggested several spots for dinner and his wife also had several options for us to try . The restaurant we picked was a great place and was one of their recommended spots . The space was warm and inviting with ample space and great views. We had a restful night and were very pleased with the wonderful breakfast served the next morning . We also meet a nice couple from Raleigh NC who were also enjoying their stay . We will definitely be back soon for another stay , super close to I-40 Easy access in and out

Can’t say enough great things about our stay. Check in was super easy we were greeted by the host upon arrival and she assisted us to the inn and walked us to our room. The room was just as pictured and clean throughout. we took a walk around the farm and took in the sites and of course ran into Spot who was super friendly!!! The chapel on the farm was very beautiful. The bed in our room was super comfy, and the pillows were fantastic. Best night of sleep I’ve gotten in a while. At 9 o’clock the next morning, our breakfast was delivered to the room and was absolutely delicious. Checkout was a breeze. We cannot wait to come back and stay again!!!

Staying with Charles and Diane was more than just a getaway — it felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. From the start, they made it clear: this is your home while you’re here. Diane is incredibly kind — she made sure we were well-fed, gave us full access to the kitchen, and never let us lift a finger. Charles’s knowledge of the Smoky Mountains was invaluable. He guided us to serene hikes away from crowds and even captured beautiful moments of my partner and me that we’ll always treasure. And the food — unforgettable. Charles’s quiche alone is worth the trip, and yes, the pancakes are orange-infused and absolutely perfect. Their warmth, care, and attention to every little detail made this one of the most meaningful travel experiences we’ve had. We left with full hearts, wonderful memories, and new friends. Can’t wait to return.

Friendly host, luxury linens, and the most beautiful surroundings!! This place was awesome. My husband and I arrived late on Christmas night around 9pm. I mentioned to TJ how we weren’t able to find anywhere open to eat (because of Christmas) and TJ (the innkeeper) ended up making us 2 turkey sandwiches for dinner!! Talk about hospitality. We stayed in the Riverside Suite and the linens were AMAZING. I was not expecting that but the sheets were ultra soft as well as the towels and the mattress was so comfy. Literally checked the brand to buy the towels for my house. The hot tub is the perfect way to relax after hiking all day and our pup enjoyed every minute. I was grateful to get to chat with TJ and the story behind the inn and how he has put his heart in soul into that place. You can feel that spirit and love throughout the whole property. We will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay to get away from the noise and busyness of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The room was cozy. Hosts were friendly. The breakfast was delicious. And the view, I couldn't get over the gorgeous view from the back porch. It was such a relaxing and peaceful stay. I highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay! Syresa and Lonnie were very friendly. They made us feel like we were friends visiting them. The property is beautiful and secluded but just a short drive to all the restaurants and activities. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thanks, Nancy and Rick
