Anita is a very responsive and friendly host. The house is very private and cozy. Everything was clean and stocked. Beautiful views on the way to the house and a perfect little creek on property.

Adorable house, fantastic location. So serine next to the creek. Easy walk to downtown Hot Springs. Will return in the future!

This is mine and my husband’s 7th wedding anniversary. And we booked this place and it was perfect. Very clean and smelled so good. I was a little skeptical before we went because it said animals allowed, but you couldn’t even tell at all! It felt like a little home away from home. We absolutely loved it! There was a coffee bar and plenty of things she keeps there to wash clothes and everything most places don’t do that and I thought that was awesome to be provided. The bed and pillows were sooo comfortable! The only thing I recommended to her that I would do different is just make the back porch light stay on and not motion. Other than that we will definitely have to take the kiddos and go back!

We liked how close to the main road this was with still feeling secluded too. The pond was not in sight from the house, it was down the road a little so we didn’t allow the kids to go down. It’s very swampy and overgrown. Would require supervision. The construction as noted in ad did not bother us at all, couldn’t hear it inside, but we were gone during the days. It’s not pretty to look at necessarily, but it didn’t bother. House set up is perfect for adults on one side and kids on other. Washer/dryer was convenient to have. There are beach towels that can be used for hot tub. And plenty of towels/washcloths etc. Variety of cooking items/silverware, etc. The grill is a charcoal grill. Noted in ad too regarding WiFi it was a bit spotty but our phones worked better being off the WiFi. We didn’t feel this bothered any of us at all. We used the main tv one time and it worked fine. Hosts are very responsive and friendly and tends to concerns.

I am an avid hiker and not from north carolina so i have stayed in many cabins. This was by far my favorite. It was Absolutely beautiful and spotless. James provided a quick tour, was very responsive to messages, and very kindly told us we could help ourselves to what was in the kitchen. 10/10 we would absolutely come back.

The place looked like the picture. Felt like a place that the owner takes pride and it shows! What got the jacuzzi had the water already and ready to get in. After a 7 hour drive, rhis was perfect!!!!

I stayed here with my husband, two kids and in-laws because we were attending a wedding at Hawksdene. It was absolutely enough space for all of us and suited our needs for the weekend perfectly. I appreciated how much kids stuff they had so I didn’t have to bring as much from Home.

The Red Cottage was a solid stay. My son and I needed somewhere for a quick one night get away and thankfully we found the cottage. Feels like you’re miles away from downtown and a beautiful space. Lots to do within walking distance.

We enjoyed staying at Tim’s place. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. And the trail behind the house was an extra bonus. Each morning you could have coffee on the back deck and listen to rushing water.

The cabin was super cute! Very convenient to downtown Bryson City, while still being in a peaceful serene setting. I would definitely recommend Christie’s place if you’re visiting the Bryson City area!

Donna’s “Hobbit House” was a perfect spot for two. It was cozy and just as described, peaceful and private. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable! We really enjoyed the area and appreciated all of Donna’s local recommendations. We had dinner at The Library and Canyon Kitchen, both outstanding!

Felt right at home. Our second time here. Perfect setting for a quiet weekend away from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of towels and very clean. Our go to when we’re looking for a cozy cabin in this area.

Sylvie’s home was beautiful, filled with details that made it both functional and homey (eg, a full spice rack, and even lotion). We loved our stay and they even let us extend it for a reasonable fee. The location is amazing — tucked away with privacy, but very easy to get to all the beautiful attractions in the area. Thanks for your responsiveness and answering my questions along the way!

I believe this was our 3rd time staying at the cottage. It’s one of my favorite ABNB’s. So cozy, so quaint. It’s like my little home away from home. It’s private, quiet, comfortable, especially the bed. It’s a bonus having 2 full bathrooms. Love the original wood floors thruout. Although we didn’t use the kitchen other than to make coffee in the morning, it’s updated & appears to be well stocked. We enjoyed the outside deck in the afternoons. And once again, I was greeted by 3 deer in the early morning. This time I had my phone handy. And to top it off, it’s a short easy drive to Main Street.

Really enjoyed staying here for a weekend! It’s between Cashiers and Highlands and has plenty of nearby adventures to offer. Would definitely come back in the future.

We loved staying at this magical cottage! It was so lovely. Ron and Rachel are so kind, they even helped us get a car unstuck from the mud. Definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing views and peaceful surroundings! Worth every penny and then some! Best place to go for a couples getaway with a hot tub and fire pit! Overall amazing!!

I had an amazing stay with my boys for Father's Day weekend. This was absolutely perfect in every way and exceeded my expectations. It had breathtaking views while drinking coffe and everything in the home we could have asked for. Beau was a great host extremely responsive. I will definitely be looking to make my way back.

We had the best stay at Anson Arbor Farm! It was the most peaceful getaway! We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area.

We just had a great stay at Michael’s place. It was perfect for my wife and I and our 1 year old. The location was peaceful and walkable to downtown Waynesville, which we really enjoyed. Michael was very responsive and had great recommendations for restaurants downtown and other things in the area. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This cozy, beautiful spot is a treasure! Kim was very attentive to details in creating a space that is welcoming and feels like home. The kitchen was well equipped, decor blends modern and mountain cottage. Plenty to entertain at the house or nearby. The description helped us know how to best plan our visit to the area and there were great tips and maps at the house too. Beautiful scenery and a great place to enjoy birds, fall foliage, hiking and much more. So thankful for a great getaway!

We had such a good time at the Cozy Cottage! It was the perfect size for my husband and I and only minutes away from great restaurants, shops, and beautiful sights. Kelly communicates so fast and we were greeted with the best box of snacks that we enjoyed the whole weekend! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
