Holiday rentals with beach access in Grasse

We had a great time in Cannes! Everything was perfect: the accommodation, the location and especially the welcome. Julien was exceptional, both when we arrived and when we left. Very professional and warm. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a nice stay in Cannes!

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

Apartment exactly matches the photos, nicely decorated. Very well located, in front of the station ( but without train noise) allowing you to do everything on foot. 5 minutes from the beaches and close to a great bakery and a Monoprix. Karine is very responsive and the tips and addresses left in the apartment are very valuable. Finally , a great weekend that makes us want to come back soon .

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! This Airbnb made our trip to Cannes! The kitchen is so well stocked and beach towels provided! The beach was just a few mins walk away which we loved and in walking distance to everything you need in Cannes! Great stay, would highly recommend! The only downfall was the A/C was incredibly loud and woke us up due to the noise, but other than that everything was great!

Nadine’s place is well worth the money. The view is just fantastic. The apartment is very clean and very convenient. The yard is very private and very cosy. Nadine and her husband are very friendly. They are present in the house above the apartment but are very discreet. They provide tons of documentation with recommendations for places to visit. The train passes just below the yard but the noise is well absorbed by the wall and vegetation. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing location on the promenade! Host was very responsive and kind. Very easy to check in and right across the street from tram. Would highly recommend this place.

We came 4 years ago with my wife and for this getaway with my son, the accommodation and hospitality of Thomas were again perfect. The apartment is luxurious and is just waiting for you to relax with its breathtaking view. A stone's throw from Monaco, it offers the pleasure of resting wonderfully after wandering through the fabulous Monegasque city or on the coastal path. Thomas' addresses are always great. Don't hesitate for a second.

We really enjoyed our stay at Teddy and Aurelie‘s house. It is conveniently close to Vence and easily accessible by car. Teddy was flexible with our arrival slightly later than foreseen and wecomed us showing us around the flat. The place had all the amenities you could wish for, especially if you want to prepare your own food. We loved the decoration which made it both cosy and fun to explore. We will keep our eye on the place for future travel to the region.

Nice apartment with amazing view and terrace. Perfwc4 for families. It is more comfortable if you have a car bevaise it is not in the city center.

This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

Very very good location and the place has everything you possibly need. The hosts are so responsive and flexible, letting us leave our luggage after check out and helping us when we forgot our things. We’ve had a very good time in Antibes even though we only stayed only one night. Highly recommended!

Erika & Gio not only have an incredible place exactly as described, but are great hosts. They offer great recommendations and are friendly and welcoming. Their AirBnB is perfectly located in Antibes and a great place for a relaxing stay and centrally located to explore the coasts. We will be staying here again if we come back to Antibes and can’t recommend it enough.

Xavier is a very proactive host. He recommended several restaurants and places to visit that we loved! He is present on site and is flexible on arrival and departure, which helps greatly. The accommodation was very nice, well located and clean. May be a little noisy at night if you sleep with the window open.

We had an amazing stay! This place has everything you need and more. Walkable to so many restaurants and very large grocery store right out the front door of the building. Beach access and roof top pool. Washing machine and dryer were perfect! Corinne was so responsive and so kind. Thank you! We hope to stay here again soon!

This is the second time I've booked Frédéric's accommodation, which is to say that it's worth it!

First of all, if you have never been to Antibes - go! If you are in Antibes stay and Sebastien and Chloe’s place! This was exactly the place I wanted and needed when I planned my trip. The views!! The peace and calm of sitting on your balcony and looking over the water, the sunsets, the sunrises, all of it truly spectacular. Both Chloe and Sebastian were wonderful. Chloe met me personally to check me in, and when there was a minor hiccup (not due to anything on their part), they jumped into action, communicated throughout and had everything good as new within a few hours. There is nothing more for me to say, but go to Antibes and stay at this place! Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

The view is spectacular and Claire and Johan’s place is great! It’s steps from the beach and much more. We very much enjoyed our stay.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Breathtaking view in a such a beautiful property. Super clean. Renovated and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful building with private parking is a plus. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
