Holiday rentals with beach access in Grasse

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

The apartment was perfect spot for our stay in Antibes. The location was walkable to the restaurants, shopping, the market, and the beach. We had the best time and would definitely stay again!

Booked this place mainly for the views! Could see us having coffee and a croissant in the mornings here and let me tell you, it was heaven! It’s a gorgeous apartment, in one of the most gorgeous streets in Antibes. So handy to everything, it was perfection. There’s a narrow staircase to access the apartment as well as another narrow (ladder like) staircase inside which are pictured. We stayed with our 6 month old (who is not yet crawling thankfully!) so we managed ok. Lugging gear in/out was worth it for the view. The payment is also beautifully kitted out and clean. The host also went out of her way to meet us on arrival and assist with getting our luggage to the apartment, THEN direct us to the nearest car park which she gave us access to during our stay. Honestly, this was absolutely god send. 10/10 stay. Thank you so much!

Truly the perfect stay at Natia and Eric’s gorgeous apartment in Cap d’ail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ there is not even one thing that we could wish to change about our experience - this Airbnb far exceeded any of our expectations! It is nestled in a lovely and walkable neighborhood, easy to access, and the apartment itself is perfectly cozy and nicely furnished with a coastal relaxing vibe. The balcony is gorgeous and to die for - the view is incredible and it is quiet and private and the breakfasts we enjoyed out there every morning will not be forgotten. I could go on forever about how friendly and helpful the hosts are. They are kind, proactive, eager to help, and we felt right at home. Fredrik & Tess' spot is truly magical - just book it!! The view when we first arrived was breathtaking, and our entire stay felt so special there that we didn't want to leave. We had everything we needed and appreciated all of the little extras like the milk frother for morning lattes and croissants on the balcony, the Sonos speaker for music, and detergent pods to run a few loads of laundry. Fredrik was so responsive right from the beginning and made some wonderful recommendations for local bakeries, restaurants and more. A grocery store is a walk away (but be prepared to get your steps in with all the stairs!). We had a small issue when the Internet stopped working, but Frederik really went above and beyond to try to help us. The apartment was decorated beautifully, and the apartment and its surroundings felt very safe and quiet. We spent many evenings sipping wine on the balcony planning our return to this charming spot. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Nadine’s place is well worth the money. The view is just fantastic. The apartment is very clean and very convenient. The yard is very private and very cosy. Nadine and her husband are very friendly. They are present in the house above the apartment but are very discreet. They provide tons of documentation with recommendations for places to visit. The train passes just below the yard but the noise is well absorbed by the wall and vegetation. We highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Teddy and Aurelie‘s house. It is conveniently close to Vence and easily accessible by car. Teddy was flexible with our arrival slightly later than foreseen and wecomed us showing us around the flat. The place had all the amenities you could wish for, especially if you want to prepare your own food. We loved the decoration which made it both cosy and fun to explore. We will keep our eye on the place for future travel to the region.

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterlunft, die herrlich gelegen, etwas bergig mit Blick auf das Wasser gerichtet ist. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alle Utensilien die man benötigt zur Verfügung. Eine große Terrasse zum genießen inkl. Meerblick ist auch dabei! Wir sind mit Kind gereist (1,5 Jahre) und dem Kleinen hat es auch super gefallen, wir haben sogart ein Kinderbett bekommen. Vassil Stephani und Elisa haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und waren zu jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolle Lage, fußläufig zu einem tollen Strand :)

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.
