Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grand Sirenis

This was our third stay at Casa Dulce and it will NOT be our last. Great location in Playacar Fase 1 with a private pool to cool off in after walking around 5th Avenue (about 10 minute walk) or spending the day at the beach which is less than 2 blocks from the home. Alizee sent an email before our arrival with restaurant suggestions as well as suggestions of things to do. The AC was a definite plus. We would turn it on before bed and the room was nice and cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this Airbnb location in Playa del Carmen

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

Erik’s house was very spacious just as described! Erik was very attentive and always responded right away! My children enjoyed the pool during our stay! No problems during our stay!

It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. If you are able to book this incredible location, DO IT! Perfect location, beautiful outdoor space, wonderful interior design, EXACTLY what we needed for a relaxing and refreshing vacation. Mirko is a tremendous host! His recommendations were SO incredibly valuable and spot-on! We were so relieved to have such wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants; not having to spend time researching on where to eat and what to do was PRICELESS. We can't thank Mirko enough!

My family was SHOCKED the second we walked in the front door. I’ve seen a lot in my days, but this, IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING. BEAUTIFUL. RELAXING! Dominga adds so very much to this luxury vacation!!! We loved her!!!! We loved everything!!!!! If you are reading this review… do not look any further. This paradise home was 10++ you will not find anything as or more dreamy than PARADISE. WE WILL BE BACK. EVERYTHING WAS SO EASY AND THE WHOLE VACATION WAS SO ORGANIZED. COMMUNICATION IS PERFECT!! We stayed at Casa Maeva for six nights and absolutely loved it. This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and the beachfront location was stunning. Our children loved the pool, and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside in the evening under the palapa. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Daily cleaning service was fantastic. The house manager, Cecilia, was incredibly helpful with everything we needed while we were there. The only downide was that there was a ton of sargassum (seaweed) on the beach while we were there - obviously nothing the owners could do about that. But it does omit an odor and made beach going on the entire eastern coast pretty undesirable. We hopped on the ferry and went over to Cozumel one day to get clear beaches. I highly recommend Casa Maeva, but would advise guests to check sargassum during the time of year they are booking their trip.

Staying at this Airbnb was the right decision. The place is incredibly beautiful, as i have never seen such a uniquely built compound. The hosts are the best when it comes to communication, since they always replied less than half an hour from any message i sent them. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Just take into account that the road to the compound is very bad and bumpy and that there are a lot of bugs outdoors since you are in the jungle.

This place was even more beautiful than the pictures! It’s a safe haven, the plunge pool is a dream to have as México weather is extremely hot. The loft is so spacious, clean, and nice and cold. The area it’s in great because as soon as you step out you can get a taxi at any second. The reception here was great they are so helpful and responsive at all times. I’d definitely come back to stay here again my next time back to tulum!

This was a last minute stay for us due to travel delays and it was one of the better places I've stayed in Tulum! The plunge pool was also nicer than most in my experience. Would stay here again

Wonderful location in La Veleta neighborhood. Cafes, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. Scooter rental across the street. Quick to shopping and an easy drive to the beach. Loved everything

Great, large accommodation with refreshing private pool. There were not many other guests there, so we had the two other large pools all to ourselves. You always have to plan about a 30-minute drive for eating/shopping.

We had a lovely stay at Giordanas place in Akumal! She was very easy to reach, had great tips for the area and the apartment was fully equipped and filled with many beautiful things. We felt right at home and would recommend to stay here anytime!!! 😍

We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

Absolutely incredible property. It still Has the feel of old Tulum. Oasis Yaaxlum is set in the lush jungle. Stunning property. Private. Quiet. Secluded. Incredible pool area. Wildlife everywhere. Stunning property. I highly recommend. Christophe and his team are incredible people. Caring, helpful, amazing recommendations. I would 100% stay here again. Great hosts make all the difference. They can provide everything you need from rentals to airport transfers. They even give 20 liters of filtered water. A rarity in Tulum. This could be one of my absolute favorite places in Tulum. What can I say? Everything perfect! Everything was as promised in the text and in the pictures. In addition, the safe and beautiful surroundings of Puerto Aventuras. Friendly people from different countries everywhere, delicious food in many restaurants, we loved it. As a host, Andres was perfect, all our questions were answered quickly. So we enjoyed our relaxing holiday in Mexico! We'll be back.

Loved staying at Martin & Alan’s place, and we would definitely return. The condo was well secured, safe, clean, and not to mention gorgeous! Loved the private plunge pool, and we really appreciated the complimentary items such as ample toiletries, paper towel, kitchen items, and extra towels + blanket! Only thing i’d note is that the stairs to the roof plunge pool are quite narrow, so be mindful of that when booking. The shared pool was also really awesome.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the host—very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. They gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, services, and things to do in the area, which really elevated our trip. Everything was great! The only small note is that the pool doesn’t get a lot of sun and didn’t look quite as vibrant as in the photos—but that didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed relaxing in it during the afternoons. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Great stay! Only downside was there were only two shower towels and had issues with the AC kicking off during the day and in the middle of the night… Easy access to everything you want to do in Tulum!

Very good apartment. We loved the condo, it has everything you could want; you can go to the public beach, the Kay beach club or get a pass at the Bahia Principe hotels. Very close to Akumal to snorkel with turtles (unmissable), the archaeological zone and cenotes. The beds are comfortable and it has a good space on the balcony. Ruben always responded quickly and kindly.
