Holiday rentals with a pool in Grand Sirenis

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

This was our third stay at Casa Dulce and it will NOT be our last. Great location in Playacar Fase 1 with a private pool to cool off in after walking around 5th Avenue (about 10 minute walk) or spending the day at the beach which is less than 2 blocks from the home. Alizee sent an email before our arrival with restaurant suggestions as well as suggestions of things to do. The AC was a definite plus. We would turn it on before bed and the room was nice and cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this Airbnb location in Playa del Carmen

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

It’s in a peaceful, safe area, and the host and staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. They offer amazing recommendations—massages, restaurants, chefs, yoga, boat trips, cenotes, and more. We used Chef Ricardo for most meals and highly recommend him! We visited for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed with themed balloons and a super cute setup. Despite last-minute changes, the team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Whether it’s a bachelor/bachelorette party, family vacation, friend getaway, or a relaxing retreat, this place is a 10/10. We had a great time, the place was awesome. Aside from the seaweed that is uncontrollable it was amazing snorkeling out in the bay. We are actually looking to invest in a place similar to this and this gave us a very good appreciation for the location. Definitely on the top of our list..

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. Exactly as advertised - this is a piece of paradise. Natalie was very helpful, and her suggestions were spot on. The private cenote tour she recommends is one of the greatest things our family has ever experienced. We rented an electric golf cart for our week stay, as one of our family members tires when walking in the heat. We drove it to restaurants every day and were glad for it, although without mobility issues no cart would be needed as everything is walkable. Such an incredible location. We loved the beach access, the snorkelling, the pool, the balcony, the easy walk to snorkel in the lagoon, and also with turtles. The house keepers kept the place spotless. We took Natalie's advice and pre-arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, and we stopped for groceries on the way. If you plan to cook, pre-shopping is a must.

Chris’s apartment was exactly as described – very clean, well-kept, and beautifully furnished. Communication was excellent; whenever we had a question, we received a quick response. The shared pool was cleaned daily and was almost always quiet and nearly empty. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back

Steve’s place at Nahil is truly a hidden secret! Best place to get into Half Moon Bay to snorkel! It has a great pool, lovely garden, great new little convenience store across the street, and very quiet! The studio is perfect fora couple! It is cozy and comfortable! Ester, our housekeeper is about as sweet as anyone can be! I highly, highly recommend Nahil #11!

Absolutely incredible property. It still Has the feel of old Tulum. Oasis Yaaxlum is set in the lush jungle. Stunning property. Private. Quiet. Secluded. Incredible pool area. Wildlife everywhere. Stunning property. I highly recommend. Christophe and his team are incredible people. Caring, helpful, amazing recommendations. I would 100% stay here again. Great hosts make all the difference. They can provide everything you need from rentals to airport transfers. They even give 20 liters of filtered water. A rarity in Tulum. This could be one of my absolute favorite places in Tulum. 🌿 Airbnb Review – Tulum I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The space is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed — everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. I felt extremely comfortable and, most importantly, very safe throughout my entire trip, even as a solo traveler. A special thank you to the security guard, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile on his face. He made me feel even more at ease and was always there when I had questions. This is the perfect place to relax, explore Tulum, and recharge. I’m truly grateful for this experience and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you again for everything! 💛

The property was gorgeous & was a perfect space for our group to just hang out in the pool, relax, and enjoy. The home itself was beautiful, completely accurately pictured and described, truly a stunning home. Comfortable beds, AC! They were very sweet about letting us decorate the place for our event and make it extra special for our bride. The hosts were INCREDIBLE, helping us at every step of the way including helping us plan activities (catamaran picked us up right at the house) arranging transportation, helping us with deliveries, and setting up a fantastic private chef experience. All exquisite. The pool is everything— even has a small section of shallow water for anyone who just wants to cool off but doesn’t want a full swim. It is large enough to fit a big group which was also a plus. Only downside of the property is that it isn’t particularly close to the restaurants nearby, but with the help of their recommended very affordable taxi service everything felt accessible!

The unit was perfectly located in front of the sea, the pool and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Monica and Yazmin's service was first-class. They treated us luxuriously and helped us with extra things, even going to get a floor fan for my autistic son who needs it to sleep. They made all the difference on our vacation. We sincerely appreciate all the attention. And we'll definitely be back.

I stayed at Oscar’s place and it was the best stay I ever had. He was so helpful from start to finish, even when it came to other things such as transportation, and birthday decorations. The place is very clean and pleasant to stay at. The maid comes everyday and is so kind too. It’s very safe, and in a perfect spot. Close to the center and 10-15 min from beach. Thank you so much for this perfect experience. I would recommend this place to everyone. it’s better than any other !

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

A little slice of paradise in Tulum. We were a family of 4 (2A and 2C aged 13 and 10) and we spent a week at Luis' apartment and we didn't want to leave. Comms leading up to the check in were superb with Miguel (brother) and he was an excellent host all round. If we had a query or issue he responded instantly. The property is in a quiet and secure upmarket area of Tulum and we felt incredibly safe at all times, and had a great night sleep in the most comfortable of beds. There are a few eateries within walking distance and a great little supermarket for all your needs. The space is bigger than it appears in the photos and the outdoor space was both shaded and sunny - you were spoilt for choice of where to sit with a glass of wine in the evenings. The shared space is clean and tidy and the lobby attendant very helpful (knowing a little Spanish goes a long way). It was a great base for our trip to learn more about Mayan culture and I'd not hesitate to return. Thank you!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.
