Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Grand Sirenis

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

Eleonora has a beautiful airbnb that i will probably think about on all future vacations. It was amazing and gave the impression we were in the middle of the jungle with the foliage. She was also super accommodating by letting us check into the airbnb almost three hours early! Eleonora is an amazing host that i very strongly recommend!

Definitely a good stay. A large house w nice rooms and a great roof to hang out on. Cool walk up too. Neighborhood is a bit quiet and out of the way, but pretty peaceful if you have a car. Hot tub on the first floor is definitely nice to have but can have a slight chlorine smell. Goes away if you open the doors and get fresh air. Hosts were very responsive and helpful through it all.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Blue Deer Residences! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and care. Lesley was an amazing host—so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by giving us fantastic local recommendations and even helped with making reservations and bookings. To ensure our 7-month old daughter was comfortable, Lesley provided a pack-n-play and ordered a baby bath tub and high chair just for us - talk about above and beyond! Her staff was equally exceptional—professional, kind, and always one step ahead in taking care of our every need - truly top notch service from the housekeeping ladies, maintenance staff, Victor and Dayvis! The property itself is stunning, perfectly maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Blue Deer Residences if you're looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Tulum. We'll definitely be back soon!

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

Our stay here was amazing! Very spacious and clean. We walking distance from restaurant, stores for breakfast lunch and nightlife. Great taco stands around us. This house is an absolute dream. The modern architecture is a real masterpiece. All the furnishings and appliances new and stylish. There are three swimming pools in the property, one in the garden overlooking the ocean, and two on the roof terrace. The water in the pools is crystal clean, the hot tub is heated. The pool on the roof terrace has a glass bottom and a glass wall, it's incredible. The master suite even has an outdoor shower (in addition to the indoor shower) with an outdoor tub that is so big, it could count as another pool! We had the private chef (Roberto) every day for all three meals. The food is excellent - healthy and tasty. We gave him free reign what to cook and we were always pleasantly surprised. The beach in front of the house is breathtaking. This is not a busy area and most times we did not even see other people around us. The overall area seems super safe. Maria Jose is an amazing host - super responsive and accommodating. We are so unbelievably happy!

The stay was fabulous. Communication was quick and easy. We needed to check in early and messaged as we were leaving airport. They were able to accommodate and the directions were easy to navigate. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Liked the variety of pillows. House cleaning came everyday and it was very nice to have that. Had trouble with fridge when we arrived but they came over immediately to fix. The home was in a safe and guarded neighborhood and close to everything. We visited cenotes 10 min away and ate downtown and visited the nightlife, also 10 min away. Grocery store and pharmacy right next door. Showers had hot water, just wait for 5 min and good water pressure. The hot tub worked but it isn’t a normal filtration system so we needed it to be cleaned and refilled. It’s more like a bathtub with a heater and jets. Not much variety of tours offered, however, we drove to most cenotes and booked a catamaran on Viator. I would certainly stay here again! Thanks you!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Akbal and give it 5 stars! Gabriella was an incredible host—she gave great recommendations and helped book a beach club day, an amazing massage by Maria, and a private chef (both breakfast and dinner were delicious!). The home is beautiful and well-kept, with a comfy living space and a chilly but fun pool. Just a heads-up for families: each room has a separate entrance. With two small kids, this was tricky, but we made it work. The location isn’t super walkable, but it’s great for exploring cenotes, Chichen Itza, and more. Poncho was super helpful, especially with the hot tub, and kept everything spotless. Bring bug spray—mosquitoes were intense! Omar, the driver, was lovely and super helpful; definitely trust his advice (skip Avis!). Overall, a fantastic experience and a step above—just plan your sleeping arrangements if traveling with kids.

This was probably the most beautiful Airbnb I have stayed at. Everything in its place is conveniently thought-out and we each loved our rooms. The double-headed showers were perfect for our couple retreat and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Large washrooms, heated pool and stunning rooftop with the hot tub made our nights memorable. Will definitely be back!

I stayed at Oscar’s place and it was the best stay I ever had. He was so helpful from start to finish, even when it came to other things such as transportation, and birthday decorations. The place is very clean and pleasant to stay at. The maid comes everyday and is so kind too. It’s very safe, and in a perfect spot. Close to the center and 10-15 min from beach. Thank you so much for this perfect experience. I would recommend this place to everyone. it’s better than any other !

We had an amazing time in Casa Ohana on our second baby moon with a 1.5 year old. It was perfect for our little family. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, bathrooms were clean and in working condition. We enjoyed the pool every day and loved how private it felt with all the greenery surrounding us. Manuel was very helpful and his recommendations were great! We hope to come back again!

My stay was wonderful! The cabin is beautiful, comfortable and has a very nice energy, perfect for resting. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. But the best part was the service: they were incredibly attentive and kind, and made me feel at home from the start. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Large, beautiful property with lots of charm and all of the amenities. It's the jungle and the buildings are simple, so prepare to contend with a few ( harmless ) bugs in the outdoor kitchen and in the rooms. Road to property is a bit long, narrow and rough. Internet was a bit spotty ( reportedly due to construction nearby ) but cell reception was good. Overall met my expectations and was a joy. Thanks Hiram!
