Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Grand Sirenis

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

Rosa and Vitto was amazing from checking in to checking out. The place was beautiful inside and out. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay felt right at home. Rosa was very helpful on booking a lot of things for us as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tulum.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

This might be the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It is even better than the pictures would have you think. Hosts were fantastic and helped schedule taxis and other activities for us for fair prices. The neighborhood is very safe, walkable day or night, and has great food.

Just WOW! Once you get here you’ll never want to leave. Located down a private road central to north and south Tulum! Very very safe and secure, with friendly security guards that honestly didn’t even feel necessary. The home! Just wow, beautiful, sexy and streamlined home that has every thing and more. Every bedroom has a beautiful on suite bathroom. Hot tub located on the roof with 360 degree views. Plunge pool with outdoor cook area and the most tranquil space to chill and visit. Beds are comfortable, honestly we couldn’t pick a favorite room. Perfect place for family or couples trip.

Flavia was extremely responsive! We had assistance almost immediately whenever we needed anything! I would recommend her properties to anyone!

The house was nice and clean. But I feel like there was no one in the house before our stay. Because the house seemed like it hadn’t been aired out in about a week. The fridge must have been unplugged also. Because it took almost a day for it to get cold and keep our food cold. The pool also seemed like it was barely cleaned and maintained the day of our arrival. It was green until the pool chemicals worked a few days later and made it blue. The bedding and beds are somewhat outdated. And the towels and linens could be replaced also.

Excellent place, very comfortable, we were very happy! I wish the living and dining room had air conditioning! But other than that, we had a great time.

Delighted with the place, as seen in the photos or maybe better, it is very beautiful, the security of the place, it is a gated community, they ask you for a code to enter the area and inside there is everything you need, different restaurants and others. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! Christian is super nice and easy to communicate with via and he met us at the house upon arrival to give us a tour of everything. Filtered water is provided. Lots of space for 3 adults and 2 young children. The setting is beautiful - in the middle of the jungle with lots of small wildlife to spot (sit in the front at about 5:15pm and you might spot the monkeys making their nightly journey to other other side of the forest). The cenote is a huge perk, we loved swimming in it. The pool was clean and wonderful, as was all the backyard amenities including a thatched roof outdoor kitchen and huge dining table. The house was very clean and it was also cleaned daily while we were there. The location is very close to Akumal village and the beach, all just a short drive away. We rented a car. Highly recommend!

Everything was as described. Clean and A/C worked well. Would stay again.

Our Air bnb hostess was Odette, she was outstanding, always prompt to respond and so nice and cordial. We give her a 10+. It was a pleasure to deal with her. This property is breathtaking, gorgeous, spacious and in an unbeatable location . We got Chef Rodrigo and his right hand Cesar, you won’t want to leave the house to eat at a restaurant since their food is amazing, so beautifully presented and delicious and very generous portions. We rented a boat which picked us up right at the dock at our backyard. They have paddle boards and a full equipped gym. Can’t really say enough about our stay. You have to experience it . Since the moment you land, people greet you with a smile at the airport, car rental , restaurants, marina etc. great Vacation Viva Mexico 🇲🇽

Casa Wabi was a very pleasant refuge that fully met my expectations. It's located about halfway between town and the beach which makes morning and evening pursuits (swimming, shopping, dining) easy; a couple of fine restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The house itself is beautiful (all the photos are truthful), very well designed and comfortable inside, sparingly furnished, there is a large swimming pool, the caretakers provide excellent garden and pool service and household upkeep. Rapha especially went out of her way to help us with a couple of issues we had with our car rental. You need a car, preferably an SUV, because many streets/roads in the Tulum area are in bad shape (there is major construction work around Tulum and the area will soon look like Cancun).

We really loved our stay at Paco’s place! The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient—everything was close by, and the neighborhood felt really safe and welcoming. Honestly, we felt right at home the whole time. Paco was a great host too. Would def stay here again

This was our first trip to Tulum and with our 3 kids. This location was excellent for a pop off point and reset space to get out of the heat and the bustle to hang in the pool with the kids. Rooms and amenities were excellent, side note and it may be in the description: the two upper bedrooms open to the outside ie. so the kids room opened to a halway that was essentially outside and the steps to downstairs are outside. Was fine for us but gave me a moment of 'oh' but everyone did great with the set up. Our 17 year old son got the suite in the casita and felt like a baddie. The living space is comfortable, you have literally everything you need and the AC blows COLD and wonderfully. We loved this spot. Thanks for hosting.

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb. The space was clean, well-designed, and exactly as described in the listing. It offered the perfect balance of comfort and style, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. The location was ideal, peaceful yet close to great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and check-in was smooth from start to finish. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, air conditioning, and the little extras like filtered water and local recommendations. It felt like a true home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Tulum.

We loved everything about our stay at the bungalow on the beach at Bahia Soliman. The house was beautiful in a unique, casual, and authentic regional Mayan palapa style, fitting the location perfectly. That contributed to an overall ambience of tropical tranquility. The beach is lovely, and right out your door. The water is a vibrant turquoise and warm, views stunning. Our family of 6, including 2 toddlers, all came away feeling like we had the most relaxing vacation in a long time. Much of that relaxed feeling was due to our fabulous onsite staff. Our chef, Fabian, prepared us delicious food; everything from classic Mexican fare to regional Mayan specialties, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He accommodated our dietary restrictions and toddler requests with ease. He even packed us a fabulous lunch to go for flights home at the end of our stay. Carlos and Ismael kept the house clean and tidy at all times. They helped with concierge service and every request with pleasure

We had a wonderful family vacation in Akumal! The unit was perfect for us—traveling with our 9-year-old and 4-month-old baby, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pools and cooked great meals at the property. Also, the rooftop is perfect for sunset views! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, and gave us a great recommendation for Beached Bikini, a nearby beach bar. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway!

It was our first time in tulum! The place was as described, even beautiful in person, very tropical and full of nature. The host managing the property was very responding when having questions or issues. Transportation was available for any of our drop ups and pick ups. They even had a massage on property. They were very professional and the best massage I have ever had. We also attended a ancestral ceremony, which was very amazing and unique. Overall everybody there was helpful and very kind. I highly recommend the location. I look forward to my next Visit!
