Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Quintana Roo

The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful and welcoming. The only issue was an unpleasant odor coming from one of the bathrooms, which we discovered was due to the toilet brush. Once we identified the source, we placed the brush in the backyard, and the smell was no longer a problem. The home was clean, the instructions were clear, and the property itself was stunning—just steps away from the beach. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

We really loved our stay at Paco’s place! The house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient—everything was close by, and the neighborhood felt really safe and welcoming. Honestly, we felt right at home the whole time. Paco was a great host too. Would def stay here again

Ray's place is in a great location, centrally located with great access to both ends of the island for exploring. Good bed and linens, no complaints! My Son likes the place and my wife wants to come back. Definitely would stay again on another adventure. The amazing gift 🎁 ray added the birthday decoration for my son. I should give you 10/5 stars but the max is 5. So you have 5 brother. Thank you

My stay was very pleasant, the facilities are in good condition and very clean. The distance to the center of Valladolid is close by car. There was a problem with the 2 bedroom a/a but Mr. Arturo attended to them as soon as possible.

We were a group of 11 family members that had a great time at the house. Secluded, peaceful and gorgeous modern minimalist architecture. Responsive host and easy to find. Would rent again without blinking.

The house was nice and clean. But I feel like there was no one in the house before our stay. Because the house seemed like it hadn’t been aired out in about a week. The fridge must have been unplugged also. Because it took almost a day for it to get cold and keep our food cold. The pool also seemed like it was barely cleaned and maintained the day of our arrival. It was green until the pool chemicals worked a few days later and made it blue. The bedding and beds are somewhat outdated. And the towels and linens could be replaced also.

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

This house is an absolute dream. The modern architecture is a real masterpiece. All the furnishings and appliances new and stylish. There are three swimming pools in the property, one in the garden overlooking the ocean, and two on the roof terrace. The water in the pools is crystal clean, the hot tub is heated. The pool on the roof terrace has a glass bottom and a glass wall, it's incredible. The master suite even has an outdoor shower (in addition to the indoor shower) with an outdoor tub that is so big, it could count as another pool! We had the private chef (Roberto) every day for all three meals. The food is excellent - healthy and tasty. We gave him free reign what to cook and we were always pleasantly surprised. The beach in front of the house is breathtaking. This is not a busy area and most times we did not even see other people around us. The overall area seems super safe. Maria Jose is an amazing host - super responsive and accommodating. We are so unbelievably happy!

The stay was fabulous. Communication was quick and easy. We needed to check in early and messaged as we were leaving airport. They were able to accommodate and the directions were easy to navigate. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Liked the variety of pillows. House cleaning came everyday and it was very nice to have that. Had trouble with fridge when we arrived but they came over immediately to fix. The home was in a safe and guarded neighborhood and close to everything. We visited cenotes 10 min away and ate downtown and visited the nightlife, also 10 min away. Grocery store and pharmacy right next door. Showers had hot water, just wait for 5 min and good water pressure. The hot tub worked but it isn’t a normal filtration system so we needed it to be cleaned and refilled. It’s more like a bathtub with a heater and jets. Not much variety of tours offered, however, we drove to most cenotes and booked a catamaran on Viator. I would certainly stay here again! Thanks you!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Akbal and give it 5 stars! Gabriella was an incredible host—she gave great recommendations and helped book a beach club day, an amazing massage by Maria, and a private chef (both breakfast and dinner were delicious!). The home is beautiful and well-kept, with a comfy living space and a chilly but fun pool. Just a heads-up for families: each room has a separate entrance. With two small kids, this was tricky, but we made it work. The location isn’t super walkable, but it’s great for exploring cenotes, Chichen Itza, and more. Poncho was super helpful, especially with the hot tub, and kept everything spotless. Bring bug spray—mosquitoes were intense! Omar, the driver, was lovely and super helpful; definitely trust his advice (skip Avis!). Overall, a fantastic experience and a step above—just plan your sleeping arrangements if traveling with kids.

This was probably the most beautiful Airbnb I have stayed at. Everything in its place is conveniently thought-out and we each loved our rooms. The double-headed showers were perfect for our couple retreat and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Large washrooms, heated pool and stunning rooftop with the hot tub made our nights memorable. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic villa, in a great neighbourhood and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The house was amazing; we loved the pool and the outdoor spaces. The fan on the outside was a great detail. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Oscar’s place and it was the best stay I ever had. He was so helpful from start to finish, even when it came to other things such as transportation, and birthday decorations. The place is very clean and pleasant to stay at. The maid comes everyday and is so kind too. It’s very safe, and in a perfect spot. Close to the center and 10-15 min from beach. Thank you so much for this perfect experience. I would recommend this place to everyone. it’s better than any other !

My stay at the Villa was Amazing it felt like home I spent 3 days there and it was amazing, it was more enough space for me & 8 of my guests. We were welcome with a chef that the host referred us to. The host Facundo was amazing he made sure my stay was amazing from the transportation getting back and forth to restaurants and back to the villa. Facundo responded back as soon as I ask about anything. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Tulum.

Truly a hidden gem and great price for private beach access off the property and own pool. Bedrooms were all spacious. Edir the house manager was always attentive, answered all questions, attended to every request. We also had a private chef booked, Arturo did an amazing job accommodating everybody’s dietary restrictions and created delicious meals. Was overall extremely impressed with this booking. The home itself is the perfect private oasis.

We had the best time at this villa! It was peaceful, safe, and exactly what we needed. The staff went above and beyond—so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Truly a perfect Tulum getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

It was very quiet and interesting. Hector was a great host and made everything for us to feel comfortable. We were very warmly welcomed, got recommendations for our further trip and some information about Yucatan. You have to know that you are staying in a forest and it can of course be that you meet some small animals, but this is no problem.

Excellent host,always attentive and attentive that you arrive well at the destination. Clean,spacious ,cozy place,equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Comfortable rooms,clean and beautiful. Apart the place is close to the lagoon of Bacalar and the center,you can get there by walking without problem. I would definitely occupy the place again when I return to Bacalar❤️.

This was a wonderful stay, I loved everything Ms.Maria provided and enjoyed the garden. The cabin was beautiful and clean, with everything necessary for a great stay. If you are planning to stay in Cozumel you should definitely consider staying at Ms. Maria place, she is great person!

My stay was wonderful! The cabin is beautiful, comfortable and has a very nice energy, perfect for resting. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. But the best part was the service: they were incredibly attentive and kind, and made me feel at home from the start. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Large, beautiful property with lots of charm and all of the amenities. It's the jungle and the buildings are simple, so prepare to contend with a few ( harmless ) bugs in the outdoor kitchen and in the rooms. Road to property is a bit long, narrow and rough. Internet was a bit spotty ( reportedly due to construction nearby ) but cell reception was good. Overall met my expectations and was a joy. Thanks Hiram!
