prisvärt boende och väldigt fint hus. bra pool med som va rimligt stor. Fanns ändå väldigt mycket nära så de va lätt o ta sig men rekommenderar att ta hyrbil. väldigt snälla värdar som va lättillgängliga.

Smještaj je bio puno više nego odličan! Kuća je jako dobro opremljena, čista i jako slatko uređena te ima predivnu okućnicu s vrtom i terasom koja je bila idealna za uživanje i čitanje knjiga. O gospođi Maji sve samo najbolje! Bila je predivna, ljubazna, topla -što god da smo je pitali uvijek bi nam pomogla, uistinu najbolji mogući domaćin! Nadamo se ponovo vratiti na Iž u istom smještaju u kojem smo bili!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Zlatko is a fantastic host. He made us feel right at home, extremely friendly, helpful and generously spoiling us with wine and home made snacks on the night of arrival, enjoyed with good and intelligent conversation. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and (rocky) beach is nearby. It’s a peaceful place with little noise and people, but it was already off-season. Albeit the weather was not so good, we highly recommend staying here as the area has many nice things to see and do. But you do need a car to get around. And Zlatko is just a truly genuine, kind and generous man. If ever in the area again, we would certainly come back here. Thank you Zlatko for the wonderful experience! :)

Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war perfekt, innerhalb Minuten. Das Gastgeber Paar war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und der Balkon war mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Ein schnelles WiFi und Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere gemieteten Fahrrädern war ebenfalls vorhanden. Bäckerei und Supermärkte befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Badestrand war fußläufig erreichbar ebenso ein nettes Cafe, wo der Sonnenuntergang cekebriert werden konnte. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

L'alloggio è ricavato in una parte della casa padronale. L'auto può essere parcheggiata in area recintata. Tutto molto bello e pulizia assoluta. Una splendida terrazza coperta ottima per il relax o pranzo/cena all'aperto. Di notte silenzio assoluto.

Es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht: Meer mit Kieselstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Fuß braucht man nur 30 Minuten in die Altstadt. Für lokale Tipps und Auskünfte war Petar sehr einfach und schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft ist auf das nötigste begrenzt. Extravagantes essen kochen sollte man daher nicht planen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We had an amazing stay at Ivan's place. We were just there for one night, so didn't spend a lot of time there, but the time we did spend was great - the place was super clean and comfortable, and also a very short walk from the Old City of Zadar. Ivan and Sanja were great hosts and communicated very quickly, would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

We had a wonderful stay at Maja’s spacious apartment in Sukošan! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, with stores and bakeries just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything we needed. It also served as a great base for day trips to Zadar, Krka National Park, and even Plitvice Lakes. Maja was a kind and responsive host. We’d happily stay here again—highly recommended!

Wir waren zum Freundinnen - Urlaub dort und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder. Es sah so auf wie auf den Fotos und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles super sauber und ordentlich. Eins der Highlights war der beheizte Pool mit Blick aufs Meer 🤩 Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, wir hatten einen Mietwagen und somit war alles gut erreichbar. Auch mit Uber waren wir öfters problemlos unterwegs. Ein paar Tage vor unserer Ankunft haben wir eine Nachricht von Blazenko erhalten mit allen wichtigen Informationen. Obwohl wir am Anreisetag sehr spät ankamen, hat er sich viel Zeit genommen und uns alles erklärt. Blazenko war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft definitiv weiter.

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Zadar, die Altstadt ist in ca. 10min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Tolle Terasse um abends noch draußen zusammen zu sitzen. Die Wohnung hat jegliche Ausstattung die man sich wünschen kann, auch eine tolle neue Küche. Das Highlight der Unterkunft ist aber Gastgeber Darijo der uns total net beim Check in empfangen und einige tolle Ausflugziele gezeigt hat. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Fantastic apartment with astonishing sea view. The whole area is really beautiful, and the place is amazing. Pavle and Marina are great hosts. I totally recommend this offer.

Bij aankomst in de avond, stond Cornelis ons op te wachten. Hij ging ons voor naar het appartement, en gaf duidelijke uitleg waar alles te vinden was. Appartement zag er onberispelijk uit, en is goed onderhouden. Meubels, bedden, keuken, badkamer, handdoeken waren top. Beneden hebben Cornelis en Dina, een café voor koffie/drinken/ontbijt en lunch. Hier hebben we een aantal keer gebruik van gemaakt. Hier kan je ook terecht voor strandbed/fiets verhuur. Ook is er een gym onderin het complex, waar onze tiener zonen af en toe gebruik van maakte. Tegenover complex is een supermarkt en een ATM. Cornelis heeft ons heel wat tips gegeven voor activiteiten met goed weer en voor evt minder goed weer. Bij verschillende restaurants in de buurt hebben wij heerlijk gegeten. Kortom Cornelis & Dina zijn super vriendelijke eigenaren, en staan je met raad en daad bij. Wij kunnen een verblijf bij hun zeker aanraden. Bedankt voor de fijne vakantie!

Przepiękny, nowoczesny, ekskluzywny, przestrzenny apartament, idealnie położony nad samą wodą tuż przy deptaku.Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, smart tv w każdej sypialni, czyściutkie ręczniki, dobra pościel, ładna zastawa, dostępna chemia, pralka, leżaki to wszystko uczyniło pobyt przyjemniejszym. Świetna komunikacja i przemiły pan Josip, który w świąteczny dzień przywiózł swój prywatny kabel hdmi, doceniam i dziękuję. Blisko sklep spożywczy, cisza i spokój. Polecam

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Es war eine super Unterkunft, die unseren Aufenthalt in Zadar definitiv aufgewertet hat. Die Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz den Fotos und ist umfänglich ausgestattet. Um zur Wohnung zu gelangen muss man in einen Hinterhof gehen, der zuerst etwas den Schein trübt, davon sollte man sich aber nicht vor einnehmen lassen. Zu Beginn gab es leider technische Schwierigkeiten im Bad, die zuerst etwas unangenehmen waren. Aber nach kurzer Rücksprache mit Gordana konnte sie schnell Hilfe organisieren und die Störung war in wenigen Stunden behoben. Zusammengefasst ist Gordana ein super Gastgeberin und die Unterkunft ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Martina was extremely helpful with questions about the area and places of interest, plus providing us with an iron ! A beautiful propery, as described with a lovely garden. So peaceful and close to the beach.
