Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Grad Zadar

What a wonderful island and what perfect accommodation. We enjoyed our stay in Iž at Maja's place so much. It was perfect for the two of us and it's very well equipped, especially if you need to eat in. We fully intend to return to both Iž and to Maja's place.

We spent a very nice stay at Danijela's place, the little garden is super charming, the sea very close by, and the city very accessible! And Danijela welcomed us very nicely, it was a pleasure!

The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

The studio was tidy and nice, matching the description and with the necessary tools. It's good for 2 people. The light and sound isolation was maybe not perfect, but Goran quickly provided us with a solution. The communication was always good and easy ! The neighbourhood is nice for calm holidays and it's good if you have a car to explore further away.

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation immediately.

Zlatko is a fantastic host. He made us feel right at home, extremely friendly, helpful and generously spoiling us with wine and home made snacks on the night of arrival, enjoyed with good and intelligent conversation. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and (rocky) beach is nearby. It’s a peaceful place with little noise and people, but it was already off-season. Albeit the weather was not so good, we highly recommend staying here as the area has many nice things to see and do. But you do need a car to get around. And Zlatko is just a truly genuine, kind and generous man. If ever in the area again, we would certainly come back here. Thank you Zlatko for the wonderful experience! :)

Wow! I felt very comfortable with Vesna from the first minute. Such warm and friendly people are not often found. The place was perfect for me. You can start quietly in the morning overlooking the sea and from Bininje it is only 10 minutes by car to Zadar. If you don't have a car, you can also be driven very cheaply by Bolt/Uber. Vesna was always available and gave very good tips and recommendations. I loved the stay. There is a supermarket (Spar) 10 min by walk. There are also great restaurants and a beach not far from here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I will definitely return here. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Super host, responsive and nice sea view front with sunrise

We had a great stay at Matija's apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. The location was also perfect for us - it is nicely situated in a quieter, more residential area away from the tourist noise but remains close to the old town, which is around 15-20 mins pleasant, flat walk. It's also 1 min from a useful little shop, 5 mins from a range of beaches (and a nice beach bar) and less than 10 mins walk from the main bus station. Matija and his family were great hosts, too. Communication was good from the start and they go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. This included taking time to give us directions (and shortcuts) to the places we'd want to go, helping out with booking taxis, flexible check-in/check-out and generally being warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a really good holiday and have nothing to complain about at all. Brilliant accommodation and host in lovely Zadar.

This is a wonderful apartment in a very beautiful location. Ocean views from the balcony and pool are absolutely stunning and you are able to wade into the sea from the property. It is a rural property, but very close to amenities and the town of Plitvica and city of Zadar. There is a Plodine grocery store about a kilometre away. Vesna was very friendly and gave us a helpful tour of the unit upon check-in. Only downside is that there is construction happening right next door. However this should only be temporary.

We travel a lot and this was one of the best places we have stayed. Clean and spacious enough for 3 adults, convenient parking, and a friendly host family. We recommend buying local specialties and using the offer of dinner for guests. Hosts are very hospitable and helpful, always responsive to guests' needs. We had a car breakdown during our stay and the owners were ready to help right away, though fortunately we didn't have to use it. The island of Pag is our favorite place in Croatia, so we will definitely come back here again. I recommend it with all my heart, if you have a car you can quickly get to all the attractions of the island. The location is great, just like the sunrises from the deck. Hope to visit this place again soon. Highly recommended!

Comfortable apartment for a family of four. The apartment is very clean, with linens and towels smelling. great view of the mountains and the sea. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. Large parking lot. Very good contact with Djurin. The host on the property is Djurina's mother, very hospitable, kind, and helpful. We felt right at home. We received gifts on the day of arrival and goodbye. Close to sandy beach, 2km to shops We are very happy with your stay and recommend to everyone.

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Very clean, nice apartment. It’s a calm environment but very close to the “old city” with restaurants, shops and anything nice to see of Zadar. Would recommend!

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!
