Holiday rentals with beach access in Grad Zadar

Everything went smoothly, great space. Dino was very communicative and was able to answer everything.

Cosy flat in the little port in Mali Iž. We were there for a coulple of days in the end of September, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Views from the balcony on the water and the port is all you need :) Bedroom window is facing the courtyard and it was super silent, good night sleep. Kitchen is not big but has everything you need, we cooked and it was ok. The shop is literally next door. Kind hosts. We recommend it!

We were there for a girls' vacation and the apartment was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It looked like the photos and we were not disappointed. Everything was super clean and tidy. One of the highlights was the heated pool overlooking the sea 🤩 The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, we had a rental car and so everything was easily accessible. We were also often out and about with Uber without any problems. A few days before our arrival, we received a message from Blazenko with all the important information. Although we arrived very late on the day of arrival, he took a lot of time and explained everything to us. Blazenko was always available to us and gave us many tips. We definitely recommend the place.

We stayed 2 night. Beautiful terras to see the sunset. Very comfortable appartement, with lot of space.

The apartment is clean, kitchen is well equipped. 10 mins walk to the old town.

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and as described, the garden is an absolute highlight. We were able to eat kumquats and season our food with the herbs! Those who arrive at the right time will also get their own tomatoes and potatoes. Three hammocks under olive trees and an outdoor shower make a sunny day even better! Only the small thistles should be careful if you like to walk barefoot or have small children, but is not a big problem. The pdf file that Anamarija had already sent in advance includes all the information about the house and the area. Marija was waiting for us and gave us the most important information. Questions were answered within minutes. We fully recommend this place!

affordable accommodation and very nice house. good pool with as va reasonably large. Was still very close so they were easy to get to but recommend renting a car. Very kind hosts who were easily accessible.

We had a wonderful week at Antonija's place. She is a super nice, helpful hostess who was always available and gave us very good tips. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Sukosan is a charming village with beautiful promenade and great cafes, bars and restaurants, the shops are within walking distance. The location of the place is perfect for excursions to the national parks, Zadar, Sibenik and Nin. Check-in/out and communication were smooth. Thank you for the hospitality and the lovely stay! We spent a very nice stay at Danijela's place, the little garden is super charming, the sea very close by, and the city very accessible! And Danijela welcomed us very nicely, it was a pleasure!

The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. There are also restaurants not far away. Nevertheless, the environment is always quiet and you can enjoy your holiday without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation immediately.

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.
