Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grad Zadar

A super nice and cool cottage. The beach is right outside the door and very quiet. Nevertheless, it is not far to go shopping and eat. Marija is always there and happy to help. Everything was perfect and I can recommend the place. I felt very comfortable.

Really nice private apartment with a big garden. Host and family were really welcoming and helped me out loads when I had car troubles. Great location too with shortcuts to the beach

We enjoyed our stay! The location with the sea in front of the door is just perfect to relax! Dragica welcomed us warmly and there were cold drinks in the fridge to welcome us, which was perfect after the flight. If we had any questions, we could write at any time. The apartment is spacious and clean. The two balconies are great. We thank Dragica for the great stay and will gladly come again. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. You can go to Vir for dinner in the evening by car. Nin and Zadar are also very easy to reach!

Snježana was great as a host! She responded quickly via App, gave tips for activities, welcomed us with open arms on a weekday night at 1a.m. and even had a bowl of cheese and meat in the fridge and had something to drink. During the week, she put food for us a few more times and she even apologized for the moderate weather in her country. Very sweet and caring, kind of a holiday mom 😄 The apartment is cozy and clean and has all the amenities. The garden and terrace are spacious and nicely furnished. We could play basketball and eat outside. Around the corner is also a delicious Cevapi restaurant. All in all a great recommendation. Thanks! 💙

We stayed at the apartment for a week and enjoyed every day. It is super quiet and the pool you can relax very well. Due to the private parking, it is perfect for people who want a mix of relaxation and active vacation as there are a lot of national parks nearby. Highly recommend!!

Were there for 3 days for a short trip and it was relatively central and nice, host very friendly. I highly recommend it

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

We had an amazing time in the house. It looks even better than on the pictures. It's very clean, has all you need to feel at home. Pool was great. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. They left some welcome soft drinks, biscuits and fruits which was a nice touch.Thank you very much Marta and Family!

We had a wonderful stay at Cvita’s Apartment — it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very pleasant. It's just a short walk to the sea, and the area is full of great restaurants. One of the highlights was that the host also owns a restaurant nearby, which we highly recommend! Cvita is incredibly friendly, speaks excellent English, and treated us like family. She was always quick to respond and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. Free parking was a big plus, especially in this area. The warm hospitality, excellent location, and overall comfort made our trip extra special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. We’d love to come back again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was fantastic, the airbnb was spacious and super clean, we got selfmade jam and liquor (which both was amazing!!), it was quiet and we had everything we could have asked for. All in the perfect location to reach grocery shops or the old town by foot. Mate was really kind and easy to reach out to. Total recommendation! :))

This home is the best we've stayed at! We got help with anything we asked for. We got great tips on nearby sights. Very spacious apartment with all the amenities you can imagine. It was just like bringing your own apartment on a trip! Great and tidy in the apartment as well as the pool area. Super nice hosts who helped out more than you would expect. Close to restaurants swimming/beach and grocery stores, all within walking distance. We arrived late at night around 00 and this late check in was also no bother to the hosts. Have nothing bad to say about this listing. I leave my warmest recommendations.

Boro is very nice and welcoming. The appartment is nice, clean and exactly as described. Communication was perfect and nothing was missing for a perfect trip to the beautiful Zadar.

We loved our stay here! The view off the balcony was amazing! The hosts were super fast in responding and always kind and friendly. The apartment was as pictured. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water and right there is a little restaurant, grocery store, and the bus stop. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a very peaceful location within walking distance of shops etc then this is it. We loved our stay but the only thing I would mention is that the Uber drivers did struggle to find the place so make sure you have the map that Adrijan sends to show them but it was never an issue.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Field Hill. Everything was very lovely. The host was super responsive, and very fast to answer any questions. She even brought us fresh grown vegetables during our stay. A really great experience.

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.
