A lovely place - clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need, and an incredible view! The island is very special.

We had wonderful stay enjoying both the city of Gothenburg and the surrounding nature. Perfect mix. The cabin is very nicely furnished and there was everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Very nice and fresh accommodation in a quiet and peaceful place in the woods. Close to Ullared and Gekås and nice to come back to the quiet of the cottage after shopping. Also close to Ästad we had a farm that had a fantastic spa. Very nice hosts and extra plus for dogs, cats and chickens on the farm and that I was joined in the cottage by nice Flisan (which was my wish and no compulsion)

The stay at Krister's was very nice, we received recommendations for the area as well as the times, such as the trains to Gothenburg. The cottage was very tidy and as shown in the pictures. They were always available and easy to reach for questions.

The place was small but nice, very clean and cozy. The location is excellent, in 2 minutes you are at the bus stop to Gothenburg, a large grocery store is around the corner. Good base for excursions or hikes. Frida and Oscar were very friendly and affectionate hosts, gave tips for excursions and were very easy to reach.

A small but very cute guesthouse. The surroundings of the house are very nice. Lots of nature and beaches where you can enjoy it. We loved it.

Great place with a great host. If you like small cosy cabins, nice view, silence, almost private beach, a little bit back to basic, paradise, outside shower (great!), nature, birds, great garden, and excellent hospitality you have to go here. Even with bad weather it was still nice to sit inside or on the terrace.

100% in line with my expectation. A cozy and tranquil lake house with stunning view. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Wanted to try boating however weather not permitted. Television didn’t work this time with wireless connection, we opted to the radio instead. Full amenities provided. Plenty of trails and other small lakes around. Close to towns if you need grocery shopping. Would definitely like to visit again! Thank you Claudia and Micheal.

Carin's home was so wonderful! Really beautiful natural surroundings, a beautiful terrace and generally super furnished small house with everything you needed. Cute, welcoming, and helpful host. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone wishing to relax in beautiful surroundings :)

We had a wonderful stay in Edin's cottage! The house was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice bed. The presence of a washing machine is very useful. We felt right at home. We even saw a deer walking by in the garden. The bus stop around the corner was ideal. In no time in the center of Gothenburg. The contact was also very good, Edin responded proactively and quickly. Definitely recommended!

We had a very nice stay. The view invites you to relax. Jonathan was very friendly and gave us helpful tips for excursions. We would book the accommodation again at any time.

This was the second time we visited this nice and well-equipped cottage in a quiet and completely magical location in the middle of the forest. Beautiful nature with streams and waterways, barbecue area and wood-fired hot tub. A quiet and relaxing stay. Really recommend this home!

Beautiful surroundings and fantastic accommodation with pool. Linda and her husband were super helpful with everything from tips on restaurants to activities. Nice with the little extra touch in the form of bathrobes and nice flowers on the table! Can really recommend both the accommodation and the island! We would love to come back!

Compact apartment, just right for our needs. If you have small children, there is a possibility of a baby travel cot downstairs. Note that the upstairs loft is low moving with a counter and steep stairs may not be suitable for children under school age, you have to be careful on the stairs.

Such a cozy cottage in a very beautiful and calm area. LOVED the interior and old look to it, felt like a fairytale :)

Pleasant stay for two days. Everything was great. Extra luxurious with made beds. Fresh sheets, towels. Top with a little bubbly in the fridge. We will gladly come back and recommend the accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in and -out was flexible with a key box and we had clear instructions. It took us 30 min by bus to get to the city center. It had everything we needed (except a toaster but that wasn’t a problem). The staircase is kinda steep. We got asked if we wanted two separate or a double bed which was nice. The communication was really good, when we had a question it was answered quickly. We would stay here again.

Brand new flat, well equipped with all necessary tools to cook and wash. It is in a very quite area with beautiful and calm surroundings. Strongly suggested.

Paula’s beautiful cottage was very cosy and you would feel right at home once you are there. The cottage has all the amenities one would need! Paula and her family were very kind and friendly. Always checking on us, down for a friendly chat whenever and gave plenty of local recommendations. If we are ever in a Sweden again we will definitely stop by Paula’s place again. The cottage is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend for any guest!

We spent a week in the small holiday home of Ylva and Stephan. The apartment is fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. Ylva and Stephan greeted us personally and explained and showed us everything about the apartment. We were provided with tips for activities and restaurants in the area. Ylva and Stephan were always available and open to a personal conversation. We can only recommend the accommodation and host. If we take another trip to this area, we will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our time on the boat — such a peaceful and special experience. Waking up on the water was magical. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something a bit different but still very central.

This was the perfect, restful stay. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, five minutes walk to the sea and bathing jetty, and in the garden you could hear the acorns drop. We were blown away by the hosts' friendliness and helpfulness; with local recommendations on food, drink, boat trips and much more. Such a beautifully designed cabin too. Thank you!!
