Cabin holiday rentals in Gothenburg

We had a great stay at the lake cottage. We enjoyed the amazing view from the cabin and the beautiful nature. There were many opportunities for activities we walked the lake around, boating, being in the hot tub and sauna with a deep in the lake. An absolutely amazing place that we would like to visit again: -)

We had an incredible week, the place is beautiful, removed from everything but not from the essential, tranquility. We used the jacuzzi every night at midnight and the sun was still there, shy but present. The accommodation is very cozy, nothing is missing, the bedding is perfect and yet we are fragile in the back, the air conditioning is very appreciable at night when it is a little hot. We're less than 20 minutes from everything. Breakfast in the morning in the sun on the terrace is really paradise here. Christian is a good and kind person and he has a very interesting past, he has an easy smile and a very playful and cute little dog. In short, we spent a dream week in an idyllic place, go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed. Ingrid and Yohann Thanks Christian.

The house is beautiful and wonderfully quiet, on a quasi private lake with a neighboring house. Apart from deer and birds, we have not seen any other living creatures in the time. Perfect for relaxing and getting rid of stress! Despite the changeable weather, we had a wonderful time, as you can also do something on bad days, e.g. drive into Gothenburg. All in all, I can only highly recommend this house and the location!

Oscar was very accommodating and welcoming us even though they were sick. We immediately felt at home in the cabin and the terrace - was very homely. Nice and tidy with fresh towels and bed linens! Bonus was that we got to jump on their trampoline and that there is a big nice forest just behind that you can walk in a small path. Very remote, peaceful and lovely environment! We really came in close contact to nature with just a stone's throw away. It really made our night for all of us with the forest and the distant existence! There were also utensils to cook with and make coffee etc. Also two nice and cozy cats on the property who are very cuddly and loved to be petted. We took care of the sauna ourselves and went so well! The jacuzzi was small shade of green in the water, we expected more glass clear and blue water. However, harmlessly and Oscar has a pool sensor, so we compromised the price and got along well. Great pleasure and really recommend Oscar and his cabin!

We traveled by train and bus only and Erica and James' place is quite walking distance. Bikes are very convenient and the area is very well served by bus. We had a great stay of several nights with Erica and James, two very discreet, available and attentive people. The hot tub was very nice! We'll be back with pleasure if the opportunity arises, thank you!

Cozy place! Great views and views from the house and terrace. Large oak with swing on the terrace, was appreciated by the children in the company. Walking distance to Småholmarna, great sea bathing. Afternoon and evening sun on the terrace for dinner. Peaceful place!

We (2adults with kids 8 and 5 years old) spent one week in this cozy cottage. We had such a great time full of peace joy and happiness. If you like to enjoy the Sweden nature on its best you need to stay at this beautiful place. The included canoe and outdoor kitchen were absolutely highlights. The lake is not that much good for a fishing trip cause it seems to be empty of fish. Unfortunately. But we saw a moose in the wild instead. The self check in was simple and all the other things you need to know how to use were unmistakeable declared. Thank you both for an unforgettable week

Cozy cabin :-) Recommended!

Very fresh and cozy cottage where we spent a quiet and lovely weekend. Mail and Anton were helpful and gave clear information and were easy to get hold of. Very happy.

It was great, clean and fresh. Everything matched the listing well. Communication with Hans worked very well, and the surroundings are amazing.

We have stayed 3 nights (2 adults and 2 teens and cockerpoo) in the beautiful cottage, which is surrounded by nature. Every morning, we could walk to the bridge in less than 5 minutes and take a refreshing morning dip. Short distance to good hiking trails and to Marstrand. Annelie and Pelle were very sweet and welcoming and we even got a guided hike with Annelie in the area as well as good tips for activities. The cottage is well suited for mini holidays. If you are more than 2 people for a longer period of time, you may miss a sofa or more soft chairs. We'd love to come another time.

Cozy & charming little cottage that had just everything you needed. Quiet and peaceful area & close to transportation. Friendly and uncomplicated host. Would have stayed longer if it had not been booked by another guest. High ratings on both host and accommodation. Exceeded expectations.

Cozy accommodation, small cottage, very fresh and well planned. Beautiful nature around , oh what many beautiful big rhodonderons everywhere in the gardens , and even in the forest 😊 and nice walking paths with the dog. Several small lakes around. Very helpful and accommodating host couple who even set up as a little dog sitter, which we were very grateful for . We also visited Råda Manor , where dog was welcome and where we had good lunch on the national day . A bite walk in beautiful surroundings from the bus. And inside Mölnlycke we bought good bread and coffee at the stone oven bakery. Good connections into Gothenburg , in just over half an hour by bus ( about five minutes walk to the bus from the cabin, shortcut that the host disclosed. ) It's great to live like this and go to events inside Gothenburg like we did .

I can really recommend the accommodation in Anders attefallshus. I, my husband and two of our children lived there when our daughter played for Ö-bollen. Super convenient with walking distance to the football field where the matches were played. Everything was needed in the house and we could use the garden and sit and eat out on the associated small balcony. A perfect accommodation! Anders is very accommodating and helpful. Really recommend.

We feel lucky to have booked this accommodation with Erica for our two night stay. The location is unique and special - gorgeous sea views with direct access to the water. The home had everything we could need and plenty of space for three adults. We visited during a cool period, but in the warmer months the expansive outdoor space and seating would be so relaxing. It was new construction and everything was functional, tidy, and stylish. Erica was amazingly responsive, and answered/resolved any question immediately. As we were traveling internationally, this was a comfort to know we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come visit again, hopefully for a longer stay!

We had nice days in Pernilla's accommodation. The only annoying thing was the construction site directly on the street, as the work started early in the morning. But we were just unlucky, otherwise it's quiet. For those who like to hike, we can recommend the coastal hiking trail "Kuststigen", which runs along Fotö or Höno, for example.

Modern and well-equipped mini house in very good condition. We had a plesent stay. The hosts were welcoming, hospitable and friendly. We would gladly came back!

Paula’s beautiful cottage was very cosy and you would feel right at home once you are there. The cottage has all the amenities one would need! Paula and her family were very kind and friendly. Always checking on us, down for a friendly chat whenever and gave plenty of local recommendations. If we are ever in a Sweden again we will definitely stop by Paula’s place again. The cottage is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend for any guest!

We loved our stay at Styrsö! ❤️ The best thing about the cabin is the location : sea front, peacefull, close to grocery store and local restaurant/cafe, west - sunset view. Oh no wait... actually the best part is private entrance to the sea! We could enjoy an amazing refreshing swim. A lot of nature around. Beautiful landscape. I definitelly 100% reccommend staying here, everything was perfect, just how I imagined weekend getaway on Göteborg Archipelago islands!

We stayed in Ingrid's house over a weekend with families in three generations as part of a 70th birthday celebration - everyone was incredibly happy with the stay, and Ingrid was a top host who responded quickly and kindly and gave an incredibly helpful and pleasant impression. The house is very beautiful and peaceful, but with all the modern comforts you could wish for. Everything really matched the expectations from the advertisement. If it had been closer (now just over 5 hours by car and two small children) I would not have hesitated to come back, and I highly recommend Ingrid and the accommodation!
