In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or it may be possible to rent the attefallstugan separately. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At that time, the island was called Trälen. You see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

The sauna is overlooking the Kungsbacka fjord. It is located in a quiet residential area. Train station and shopping centers are 5 km away. Bathing jetty is in walking distance (5 min), nearest beach is 2 km away.

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Évika 2 is a wooden cottage (1-4 people) situated on next to a large lake, surrounded by Swedish woods, wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The self-contained cottage has bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-room, free 60Mb/sec wi-fi views over the garden and lake. For a few days, you may as well forget the rest of the world. Many optional extras are available and can be booked and paid for in situ.

We have just expanded and renovated large parts of our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.
