Cabin holiday rentals in Gore Mountain

Jake was an excellent host. My partner and I visit ADK at least once a year. This was our first time in Indian Lake and we very much enjoyed our time. The place is so neat, clean, and provided everything we needed and more. The view from the dining room was perfect to sip our morning brew and watch the sunrise or to watch the sun set with a nice cup of tea. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty to do in the area. It’s in the center of other great surrounding towns as well. We look forward to return sometime in the future. Thanks Jake!

Lindsay and John were excellent hosts - very communicative. Great little ADK cabin for a family getaway. Close to multiple mountains and lakes - depending on what you want to do. Personally loved spending time in the hot tub which was nice and clean!

Had a great time! Super cool place to stay, very convenient location near plenty of restaurants and things to do! Had no trouble getting in and enjoying the area, plus got some great suggestions from our host. Would definitely recommend!

Kyle was a great host who responded quickly to any concerns we had. The instructions were very thorough, leaving no room for error or confusion. The house felt very cozy and had everything that was listed. It was definitely a great stay and will be recommending to others.

This was a lovely Adirondack cabin getaway. very private and peaceful surroundings, and its just close enough (~15/20 min) to town and 25 min to Lake George. The home was clean and cozy with a fun basement full of activities and an amazing hot tub!! Uzma and Billy were very responsive throughout our visit. I'd definitely stay here again.

This spot was amazing! My family and I had a wonderful time here. There is a difference between tidy/messy and clean/dirty, and this place was both CLEAN AND TIDY. Very few leaving rules, responsive host, comfortable, and all the amenities that were advertised were available on site (within reason, fire pit was snowed out). My clean freak family was very happy here

A perfect woodland escape! The cabin was cozy, well-equipped, and surrounded by nature, offering complete peace and tranquility. We loved exploring the nearby trails and enjoyed every moment of our stay—highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in the woods.

This was our second time staying at Ania and Stan’s beautiful cabin and just as we anticipated, it did not disappoint! If you are looking for a getaway that feels as cozy as bringing your home to stunning Lake George, this is the place for you! Ania has truly thought of everything! The location really can’t be beat! You have a stunning view of Lake George mixed with the peaceful quiet of the woods surrounding you. If you’re a fan of the night sky, bring your camera because its absolutely breathtaking being able to see so many stars shining right above you. The cabin is so close to town which makes it so easy to get out and really enjoy all that Lake George has to offer. The beds, sofas and linens are all so comfy and cozy. Ania even gave us the heads up that the weather was going to drop quite a bit during our stay and had space heaters already set up to get the cabin nice and comfy for us upon arrival. I cant express enough how much we enjoyed our stay, we cannot wait to get back! 🤍

This was our 3rd stay at this cabin in a year, which should speak volumes in itself. We stayed with my sister and her husband and we had a great time. We were looking for an off the grid place to relax, recharge and reset and this was just what we needed. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The cabin was clean, well stocked, comfortable and quaint. I highly recommend going there.

This is aptly named - we saw fireflies and deer in the meadow at night and butterflies and birds all day long. The breeezes and rain were lovely, but we were there during some unusual early summer heat which really affected the loft sleeping situation. Thankfully we were a small enough group to all move downstairs. Highlights/memories were the porch swing, watching the kids haul buckets of water from the pond, reading in the lovely sitting areas, swimming in Lake George and seeing historical sites. Solar power worked great.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Loved the porch. Waterfall was nice, and campfire option was available, which was thoughtful.

Our stay at The Treehouse was wonderful. My family was immediately comfortable and loved our stay! Comfy beds, plenty of towels and lots of hooks and towel bars. The outdoor space was beautifully relaxing.

Lovely place with cozy vibes. Perfect base for skiing at Gore. Would recommend and stay again.

We picked the “Owl’s Nest” as a spot to stay for the first two nights of Americade. After a six hour motorcycle ride, this place was heaven - so quiet, secluded, and peaceful. The shower was delightfully warm, soothing our sore muscles, and it was a treat to listen to the birds and wind in the leaves. We enjoyed using the grill for supper, and the supplied oatmeal made for a delicious breakfast. It was easy to find using the instructions, and the dirt driveway is short and accessible to cruiser bikes too. The porch is a nice place to sit at night, bring instruments if you have them to play outside! There is also a bug screen tent and citronella candles, very useful this time of year. We highly recommend the Owls Nest cabin - and yes you can hear them!!!! We’d love to come back someday!

This little Adirondack cabin is the perfect place for a couple’s getaway! The setting is private and quiet, with plenty of hemlock trees and wildflowers. The kitchen and bathroom are well supplied and have everything you need to cook your own food. Location is great, too-just a one hour drive from Lake Placid and the high peaks. We had a lovely stay and would book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin in the woods. It’s perfectly situated—private and peaceful, yet central to a variety of options for both rest and play. The cabin was well equipped with thoughtful details throughout, and we especially appreciated the rustic design, comfortable sleeping spaces, and cozy living room. The photos online don’t fully capture the spaciousness and comfort of the place—it exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We stayed here for the eclipse and had an amazing time!! This place is beautiful! Mike is so friendly and had great hiking recommendations, and even looked up nearby eclipse events for us. The kitchen lives up to it's name and we were so comfortable. I definitely recommend it!

This cabin was truly impeccable. The attention to detail was outstanding. If you’re into a cozy old-school cabin vibes you will not be disappointed! Incredibly clean and tidy. We appreciated all the time and theme appropriate details and decorations. Compared to many Airbnb’s the accommodations and accessories were way higher quality and more abundant. The fireplace was a real treat. Throughout our whole stay my friends and I were remarking on the quality of the place!
