A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pines and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time in the apartment in Finestrat. The apartment has a special charm and is beautifully and cozily furnished. The rooms are spread over several floors, which is why you climb a lot of stairs, but that did not bother us at all, it made the apartment rather special. Our favorite place was the roof terrace, where we had a hearty breakfast in the sun every morning. ☀️ The place is exactly as we had hoped: quiet, original and not very touristy. Many beautiful old houses, winding little streets. There is a bakery in the village, from which we loved the pistachio croissants. We made several excursions from Finestrat, for example to Altea, Cala del Moraig, Guadalest, Raco del Conill and Villajoysa. We would definitely recommend renting a car. The contact with the hosts was straightforward and kind. They were very courteous, helpful, and responded quickly.

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

Our 2nd time stay at pepe was excellent again. We really enjoyed the place is perfect. Everything is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. The 2nd day the hairdryer broke and this was neatly resolved the same day, we immediately got a new hairdryer. There were 2 cold beers ready on arrival which was also very nice because arrived at 1:30 at night. Pepe and multiple, Thank you so much again.

Very clean apartment and just as described in the photos. Perfect location if what you are looking for is tranquility outside the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. The facilities of the urbanization especially the incredible pool and no crowds. Ignace very attentive and receptive to solve any problem that may arise.

The accommodation has a fantastic view of Benidorm and the sea, especially the sunrises were particularly beautiful to watch. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. I didn't really use the kitchen, but it was definitely sufficiently equipped. Communication was always smooth, and they always responded quickly and helped. The fantastic accommodation exceeded my expectations, highly recommended!

An absolute pleasure, both the place and the host, always super attentive to us. Seeing the sea while cooking or sleeping while listening to the sea is the dream we have every vacation and here we achieve it. Also, being able to bring our dog is a super plus. Thank you for letting us enjoy a vacation with the whole family! A real pleasure, we'll be back! :)

Had a great time beautiful apartment and really close to the beach

Very nice apartment, as it appears in the photos, the atmosphere is very quiet, very close to the beach and only 10 minutes by car from Benidorm, I would definitely come back again. And finally, I want to highlight the very good service from the host, thank you very much for everything!

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room with the suitcases. Fully matched the photos and ad. Quiet at night, neighbors were hardly heard or seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so we were able to prepare for that as well. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine. The drying rack on the balcony is a little small.

After arriving at the airport and picking up the rental car and having our arrival time and the license plate number (so that the guard at the gate expected us and could continue driving) to our contact person Patrick, we were very kindly taken care of by Patrick. He gave a great explanation about the apartment, parking space in the garage and the entire complex. Parking in the garage can be seen as a challenge, the parking spaces are tight but can be done, otherwise there is plenty of space outside in front of the apartment. The apartment has enough luxury. The kitchen is complete, beds are top, terrace is very large and equipped with 2 sunbeds, we were 3 and bought a beach chair ourselves. The entire complex is quite quiet. Contact person Patrick was easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. In short, we enjoyed it.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. This was my first Air BNB holiday but certainly will not be my last, the host (Luis) was always very prompt to respond with any questions i had from prior to booking through to checking out, we were a party of five (3 adults & 2 children) and the apartment is very spacious and did not feel over crowded, The location could not be better situated with the beach only 50mts away and a nice evening walk into the old town is well within walking distance. Laura who provided us with the keys and met with us on the day of departure could not have been more helpful either, we didn't arrive until 2am but Laura was there waiting to show us around the apartment prior to leaving us to enjoy our holiday. Lovely apartment. Very happy with Ruth. She is responsive and really helpful. Great location to everything you need. Great amenities. Very reasonable price. Only comment we have is it smelt of strong cigarette smoke. With windows open it did air out a bit. All round we were happy and would definitely return to this accommodation.

We were very comfortable. The parking is very spacious and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need and is very cool and quiet. You can walk to the beach and there are shops nearby to buy. The location provided by the app is wrong and sends you to Benidorm. I recommend asking the host for the location so you don't get lost. Thank you for everything.

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!
