Lovely stay in this peaceful cottage in the New Forest. The accommodation and location are both beautiful and scenic. Ann is a great host, very responsive and always available to accommodate her guest even with gluten and lactose free intolerance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Stunning loft . It felt like we were up in the trees . Very stylish decor and comfortable bed . We were able to black out the whole apartment for a good sleep . We were made to feel very welcome . The outside space was so pretty , our own little area and the gardens beyond were reminiscent of Alice in wonderland . Locally it’s easy to walk into Fordingbridge rather than drive . We hope to be back . It was a really great find . Thankyou so much .

We had such a lovely stay with our two little ones — they especially loved the box of toys! Linda was incredibly helpful and responsive, quickly arranging a cot, highchair, and bed guard without any issues. The lodge was spotless and well-organized, making it feel like a real home away from home. The area is beautiful, with plenty to do on-site and nearby for families with young children. We’d definitely recommend and hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. We mostly conversed with Helen on Airbnb and Bill in person. Both were really helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The Lodge is exactly as described. If I'm honest, I was a little apprehensive because the decor / soft furnishings were dated, but i soon forgot this when we arrived and saw how special this place is. It is great for families, has loads of safe areas and toys for the kids to play outside, bill welcomed us to help feed his animals, and the lodge is fairly toddler friendly, which is a hard find! (only really had to hide the remotes and toilet brush)! All amenities you might need and really easy to feel at home here. It is close to Sandyballs resort, which is great for families and a quick walk, and the Foresters Arms / Donkey Pub in Frogham is a lovely walk from the lodge. Also a quick drive to Paultons Park. Would definitely stay again.
