We had an amazing time at this property. Caretakers Manoj & Pramod were always at our service whenever we needed them. The property itself is beautiful & definitely one where you’d want to come back. We spent a lot of time at the villa, which tells you how much at home we felt here. Kudos to everyone involved. Loved it!

We 5 friends had a great time in the 5 bedroom villa. The location is superb, very much out of the urban City and far from beaches, but alongside a beautiful river. It's perched on a hillock with a lovely view of the river. We could see Mopa airport in the distance from the villa. There's dense vegetation beside the property and we could hear peacock sounds, though not fortunate to see one. Lots of birds around the property. Though the food was not Goan in taste, it was good and the service was good too. This property is away from the main market and may not be suitable for couples but would be great for a large family or group of friends. Though we were 5 of us, we had a great time.

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

We stayed at Villa 11 & 12 for 3 nights in a group of 18 and had the best time. It was our first time in Goa and we couldn't have picked a better accommodation. We had every facility that we could have needed available. The quality of the accommodation is on par with 4-5* hotels. We also made the most of having a pool, the water was cool and perfectly clean. The location is perfect, less than 10 min walk from shops and restaurants and 15 mins to the beach. We didn't get catering but that option was available. The staff are at hand during the day for help with anything from making toast to doing laundry. There are quite a lot of people that work in the villas throughout the day doing housekeeping but they didn't interfere with us and it doesn't feel too invasive. One day the villa manager did bring some people in to show them aroune when we were chilling in the pool area which we would have appreciated being informed in advance. But otherwise it was a perfect stay and we would return!

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

It was truly a memorable stay! The private pool was perfect for unwinding, while the serene garden added to the peaceful ambiance. The jacuzzi offered ultimate relaxation, and the terrace provided stunning views—perfect for enjoying sunset drinks. The villa was spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable.

Amitabh is a fantastic host. He was avilable to assist is in our requirements and planning day trip. Although our trip was short, Anthony and his team were absolutely delightful to meet. Fabulously facility and great 5 star hospitality. We will be sure to visiting you again on our next trip.

Everything about this place was just perfect – from the immaculate cleanliness of the villa to the incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality we received. The host was truly exceptional – super friendly, always responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. From giving us great local recommendations to ensuring everything at the villa was spot on, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Even the caretaker was polite and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. I genuinely have no complaints at all – just a big THANK YOU to the host for making our short stay so memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

The homestay is beautiful and cosy. It has a large and well maintained pool…It is 5 mins walk to the happening street of Candolim Beach yet tucked away in privacy and peace. Definitely a very good deal at this price range along with breakfast. Smart TV in all rooms, quality toiletries and well maintained regularly. They also had a night manager at the property along with caretaker… As good or better than the pictures…. Meals at additional cost but tasty.

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. The interiors are tastefully done, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas. The private pool was a highlight-clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout. Its location is ideal-close to popular cafes and beaches yet peaceful enough for a tranquil getaway. My friends and I had a great time at the villa. It's a very peaceful location, and even though it's a bit far north, there's still a lot of places within a 20-30min drive. We found the property to be very clean with all the necessary amenities that match the photos accurately (and even though the pool is a bit smaller than we expected, it's more of a plunge pool that 8-10 people can still play in and enjoy peacefully). The kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything needed for small meals (apart from groceries). There was also enough space to park 2 cars inside the compound. The hosts also helped us arrange cabs and rentals through a third party contact (who gave us fairly decent vehicles and rates), and a caretaker who helped dust and mop the floors, wash our dishes and used towels (at an extra cost that we paid as per our satisfaction). The hosts were very kind and responsive. Overall I would recommend this place to all large groups visiting Goa!

Wonderful property, beautifully appointed and lavishly kitted out, with all the things one needs - and more Lots of attention to detail, even the little things in all areas. Everything was much like the photographs show them to be. We were impressed also, by the excellent caretaking team, who along with the host, Mr Deepak, were very responsive and cooperative, at all times. My thanks to them all 🙏🏼 Would definitely recommend this property, for a group of up to 10 people or less.

It's a lovely place. Extremely spacious and well ventilated. Photos are as real as they can be. Rooms: Quite large with ample storage spaces and access to open verandah's for the leisurely cup of tea/coffee/juice. 2 rooms have walk in closet and there is a separate study room, where if required extra beds can be laid. Overall 4 rooms with double beds and two additional rooms. The dining cum living room is huge with double height roof. there is a separate TV/club room for evening get togethers. Pool: There is a bar by the pool and a decent music system. Caretaker: They are the people, who makes this place feel like home. Completely non intrusive, but fully available. Lovely home made food is cooked by them. Of course, the place is surrounded by famous restaurants/cafes but tasty home made food always gives you that high! It can be a bit tricky to reach the place, for the first time. Once you have identified the landmarks, its quite easy to find! Overall, per night is bit expensive

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

Had good time with team. Property was clean and tidy. it's very close to artjuna cafe and Anjuna beach. if you are a big group and looking for a place to chill and have fun, go ahead. there was a small glitch regarding water supply. but since host was responsible, it didn't feel much.

The bestest best place I have stayed in so far. The villa is soo pretty so beautiful and everything inside felt so peaceful and calm. the neat bedspreads, the clean washrooms, the big swimming pool, the spacious sitouts evrything is a 10/10. I should also not forget about the caretaker Mahendra bhaiya, the best caretaker, very friendly, very helpful at any time. RITUuuu your villa is the bestttt. loads of love and support to you. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. next time again when I am in goa with friends and family this would be my stay. ❤️

We were 4 families who opted to stay at Villa Mitra. The services offered were unmatched. It was a wonderful experience for everyone. Our kids enjoyed the place a lot. Sanjay, Rajkumar and Rajni were extremely helpful. The prices for the cooking service were also very reasonable. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, spotless rooms and a sparkling pool that became the highlight of our afternoons/evenings. The location is perfect, peaceful and private. Communication with Mr Kamal was seamless, he is always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would highly recommend Villa Mitra to any group looking for comfort and convenience. We look forward to coming back again!
