The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

We are located just over an hour from Boston or Portland, 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch & 5-15 min drive to a number of beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask for no animals since there's a cat that lives here too.

You will enter your suite via a keyless door up a private “good morning” staircase. Extra bedroom available- A second bedroom off of your private staircase on the second floor landing. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River.
