Great stay, house perfectly as advertised, super cute and great for a big group. John was easy to reach and was able to accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out. Would come back again!

The views this home offers are beautiful. It is a nice neighborhood for walking a dog. The home has everything you would need. The host is very responsive.

We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

I can’t thank you enough for letting me stay in this beautiful location. I’ve been going through chemo treatment and trying to find beautiful places in between treatment to enjoy. This place was a fav. Which I sort of want to keep to myself. I didn’t have a lot of energy to do a lot but it was exactly what I needed. Parked my car and left it behind. Watched the tide, walked around a beautiful place with my dog. I couldn’t ask for more.

This private home is lovely. It is appropriate if stairs are okay for your group 😊. Very clean, near plenty of coffee shops, easy to find, very safe area.

We really enjiyed our stay and would recommend to anybody else.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay. Jacob and Bruce were always very communicative and always there for anything we needed. The place was really cute, very clean, had everything we needed. It was very close to the beach, playground and downtown. We walked there every day. They also gave us good recommendations. The town is lovely , a nice place to visit, a lot of local shops, and a lot of friendly people. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Cleu was extremely responsive to us and reached out during the stay to make sure all was okay. We were in the area for work and the home was perfect for our needs, well kept and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Perfect beach stay in the best location! They had everything and we loved the decorations ! We can't wait to visit again!!

Hosted an extended family dinner and had everything we could possibly need in kitchen and cabinets. Already planning our return. Maxine is communicative, responsive, helpful. Beautiful location and great house! We had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday with friends. The hot tub/pool is perfect for hanging out after sunset.

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

Host was awesome, proactive and communicative. Place was spacious and clean. Location was fantastic with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking. There is a bar just below which on Saturday night was bustling.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The unit was spotless, comfy, and full of thoughtful extras like snacks, shampoo, and a list of nearby restaurants. Matthew was friendly and responsive when we needed help getting into the building. It’s in a beautiful location, close to charming beaches and artist colonies. We highly recommend his place and would book again.

This is one of the best airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The place is in the perfect location to enjoy Gloucester, has very comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sights.

Perfect place for our group of 6 to stay whiling visiting family. Walkable to many local attractions and having a parking space was luxury after driving to many of the surrounding towns. Kitchen was stocked with perfect amenities (my kids loved the snack selection and I was thankful for the coffee bar). Would definitely stay again if we return to Swampscott.

This is our second year staying at Martin and Ellen’s home. You can’t beat the location and the home is large enough for 2 or more families to be comfortable.

What a gorgeous place in a historic town that was exactly what we needed! Communication and instructions were easy to understand. Lots of extra towels and linens, pillows, blankets. I only wish we could have stayed longer, we’ll have to come back in the summer.

Had a nice time, house was close to a lot. Great location and kept us close to friends and family. We will be back. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Gloucester

Stayed in Gloucester with family over the weekend to participate in a local half marathon. Brian's place was the perfect base for our fun weekend, and every item that we needed was provided. Especially appreciated how welcoming they are about pets and the fenced -in yard. Brian communicated all necessary details in a timely way and was always available by message if needed. Great location near all of the downtown Gloucester establishments as well as the beaches and beautiful seashore neighborhoods.
