The cottage was clean, modern and in a quiet and private location. We loved and will definitely be back. Helen was kind and gave us all the information we needed.

Once you are there you just want to stay and enjoy the beautiful view on the lake with a glass of wine ! The lodge is perfect . Rosarie and her husband are great people and Very helpful.

Very peaceful and beautiful spot in the middle of Kerry. Perfect for a 2-night getaway. Gerard was very fast in responding every time and even though we didn't get to meet him in person, a very friendly host. Definitely would recommend and it exceeded our expectations that we had based on the description and pictures. Thank you for having us again!:)

We loved our stay at The Cottage at Lakefield and hope to return one day. Paul could not be more helpful or welcoming and was very quick to respond to any of our queries. The Cottage is very spacious for 2 people and have all you need and more. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom is nice and big with plenty of hot water. Paul had the entire cottage heated and ready for our arrival so we did not need to light the fireplace, ( even though we were keen to do so as sitting on soft sheepskins staring at the flames seemed an ideal way to spend an evening ). The gardens are spectacular and the the entire area is quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend staying in this charming cottage. Jerry and Lotte
