Carli was very kind and available both for the check-in time and upon our arrival. We requested something to heat the house (they were particularly cold days for the season) and he immediately brought us an electric heater. The apartment is large and tastefully furnished, the comfortable beds are clean. if we come back to the area, we'll definitely be back.

Excellent choice for a weekend out of town, the view and sunsets on the lake were the icing on the cake. Riccardo is super helpful and very friendly; we were also greeted with a jar of honey as a welcome. The apartment is exactly as I expected, clean and everything very tidy. I'll definitely be back.

Really nice and quiet place to stay if you love the Valdichiana hills, the Trasimeno lake and all the surroundings. Always a pleasure to arrive and stay here. It’s clean, has everything you need and even got a a brand new bathroom. Enrica respects your privacy and in the meantime, she’s always available to answer your questions. I visited this place many times and keep coming back. Highly recommended.
