Giulia and her grandfather who welcomed us are incredibly warm and friendly people who are also far beyond the usual courtesies for their guests. We felt very well taken care of and all (very few) open questions were answered immediately. (Yes, the parking place in front of the house is safe. And the way to the delicious restaurants was quickly and easily explained.) The area is stunningly beautiful and if you like to be in nature, you will find everything your heart desires here. Whether cozy evening by the fireplace (already prepared by the Nonno) or hikes directly from the house ("attention" - a wonderful mountain bike trail starts right behind the house); in the secluded quiet location you will quickly find the peace and relaxation that the place promises. Giulia is absolutely uncomplicated and accommodating. I would say this has been the most beautiful Airbnb stay so far.

Incredible! We cannot say enough good things about the place and the hosts. The space is luxurious with a stunning view of the lake, we spent many hours on the terrace in the sun enjoying the view. The private parking space was immensely valuable in such a busy area. Several cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, and the town is centrally located to explore nearby spots along the lake. Not as crowded as Como or Bellagio which we appreciated. We had plenty of space for our family of four and the host family was so sweet and generous, recommending nearby restaurants and attractions, and providing a pack-n-play (travel cot), high chair, and stroller for our youngest. The home is furnished and outfitted with everything you could possibly need, and it is decorated in a way that makes you feel truly at home.

Casa Vacanza alla Curva was extremely cozy, clean, and comfortable! The home had everything we needed for a quiet weekend getaway. Our favorite feature was the balcony with an amazing view of the mountains and lake! Garzeno was a cute and quiet village accessible by car or the local bus. The nearby town of Dongo was also lovely, we visited the beach several times to swim and relax. Chiara was also an amazing host! She was always responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to relax for a few days!

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.
