Had a great stay! Karan is such a wonderful host; very friendly and super responsive! This is a great country setting, but close enough to any major attraction. Can’t wait to stay again!!

It is a cozy lake house with comfortable interior. We have stayed at several AirBNBs in Keystone Heights and each one comes with its own charm.

We had a wonderful stay at Rooterville. It is scenic, tranquil and the grounds are occupied by dozens of the friendliest animals. We enjoyed taking walks around the sanctuary, sitting under the gazebo by the pond and beautiful fountain, and having fires at night. Besides being extremely clean, the rustic cabin decor made the stay very cozy and we had everything we needed to be comfortable - the sofas and beds were very comfy and Elaine even has fluffy robes in the closet. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook elaborate meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. While we only stayed for a weekend, it definitely has everything you need for a longer term stay. We were greeted by the pigs, turkeys, cats, and cows whenever we stepped outside our door and they often spent time with us around the fire or just relaxing outside. The property also has the cutest old fasioned covered wagons that are also available for stays - we will definitely be back!

Absolutely, love this location. A perfect spot if you need to get away for some peace and quiet. Super easy check-in. Even though it's connected to clea's house, you have perfect privacy. Sitting outsid, listening to nature was pure bliss. You have to have to have to take the kayak and go out on the lake. It took me about 30 minutes to go around the whole perimeter, but I ended up spending about 4 hours out on the lake that first day and loved every second of it. oh and also hung out with the peacock for a while, that was pretty cool haha. Thank You Clea for a PERFECT experience.
