Monthly Rentals in Gearstones

Had a great couple of days here. Great central location with lots of pubs and places to eat. Easy to drive into The Dales for walks and Heather was a great host. Sweetcorn is a clean and cosy flat on the main road, pub directly next door and one across the road, both dog friendly 🙂. Car park is really close as well which was handy.

Great little accommodation Cosy, clean and welcoming Bumped our head a couple of times in upstairs bedroom But there are signs warning you about this Stairs to bedroom very steep, but again, warnings re this Fully equipped kitchen Great walk in shower Katie very friendly and helpful Katie’s husband offered for us to stay a couple of hours over check out time if we wanted to, which was very generous Lovely touch of wine, tea and coffee and biscuits Another great touch was a ready prepared log burner Which we did use Was welcome after a long day out climbing Whernside Xx

We had a lovely, peaceful stay at Martin’s place. The facilities were fantastic and the addition of stair gates and a travel cot allowed us to travel much lighter than we normally have to. The surrounding countryside was stunning and my toddler loved going out to chat with the sheep. The place was spotless and super cosy - thanks again!

Beautiful property, very clean and well presented. It had everything we needed for a wonderful 3 night stay while we walked each of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Great location to reach the start of each walk, supermarket and nice pubs if you have a car. Village was so pretty and locals very friendly. Beds very comfortable and gorgeous views from every window. Communication from the owner was excellent. Thank you!
