Monthly Rentals in Garden District, New Orleans

This is a really great location for two people... especially during Mardi Gras. It is directly on the St Charles parade route and you can even watch from the balcony. The apartment has most everything two people would need, the refrigerator is spacious and the oven and stove worked great. The neighborhood is safe and secure. Christopher and Anna answered all of our questions quickly and were very helpful.

Host was friendly and responsive. The space was perfect for our long weekend stay. The coffee station, water bottles, and laundry setup were all great additions!

It was close to downtown, very accessible, and convenient. It does get a bit noisy as it is close to the highway so I would recommend for short vacations.

Great neighborhood and super kind hosts! The place is small and the kitchen takes some getting used to but if you don’t have a lot of things with you this place is perfect. The street parking is always easy to get.
