Holiday rentals with a patio in Garden District, New Orleans

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

This was such a hidden gem. A walkable distance from the action in the French quarter. It was a very peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Very comfortable and clean, walking distance to the French Quarter. The roof top was nice with a small pool and lounge area. we tried to reserve again for Mardi Gras, unfortunately it was already reserved. We had a great stay for our 7th trip to "The Big Easy". Mrs. Peggy from the barbershop downstairs, is an amazing lady very hospitable and is extremely knowledgeable about New Orleans, if you need ideas for things to do outside the Quarter, she will point you in the direction.

If you want to be in an area that is quiet but easy to get to the French Quarter this is the place. First, the area has restaurants and couple markets very close in case you need something. Also, just walking 2 or 3 blocks you can get to the Art Museum, the City Park and the Cafe Du Monde in there. Exactly there is the stop for the streetcar (trolley) to the French Quarter. Second, the house! WOW! Is so beautiful, Mathilde decorate and organize the house in a way that you really feel welcome and at home. She thinks about every little detail in the kitchen, in the bathroom. She left there treats and drinks for us that we really appreciate and valued. Third, if you did not have time to plan what to do, goodness, she has a guide with everything you can do in NOLA and many flyers, magazines and books. Is so far, one of the best places I been where the host really think about details to make happy the visitors. My husband, my dog and I felt great and her communication was above and beyond!

What a great find. The place was exactly what’s pictured. 2 rooms have private baths and 2 bedrooms shared a bath. We were 3 couples so the set up was perfect. Plenty of room to move around. 2 blocks to the trolley and a 20 min leisurely walk to Magazine St made our 4 days fly by. Paula was helpful in our questions and accommodating when our flight landed on the earlier side of the day. Love New Orleans and Loved staying here!

Beautifully remodeled historical place had a lot of character. Everything was very clean and functional. We did a load of laundry and the dryer was great. We slept well and it was cool. There was plenty of parking on the street. It was also convenient to get to downtown or the garden district via the streetcar which we used several times from St Charles Street during our stay. Overall good value for us.

This charming apartment was just right for our needs. The location is great with restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was clean and felt welcoming. The host was extremely responsive to any questions. We visit New Orleans regularly and we will be checking for vacancies here for our next stay. Loved this Airbnb!

I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the area; everything was a 10/10. He provided snacks, makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, mouthwash, and pods for washing clothes. He was very responsive, and the place was spotless, making it feel just like home.He even recommended places to go in the area.

We’re from uptown NO but don’t live there anymore, and we rented this adorable apartment for a small wedding ceremony. Everything was perfect! Extremely comfortable and clean, great AC, and the bed was very cosy. But the best part was that halfway through the host’s husband brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming people. I definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again if we’re back in the neighborhood.

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

Great location! Love the neighborhood and how close it was to city park. Great restaurants nearby too. Great host!! Allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in. Loved hanging out on the patio in the evening as well. Private and pretty.

We are parents of a Tulane student and have stayed here twice during our daughter’s time at the university. Great location. Small but nice place. Perfect for parent couple visiting. Hosts are helpful and logistics are streamlined

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at this place! Super easy to get in and out and it was great to have pool access. Brad was very helpful with instructions and recommendations.
