Monthly Rentals in Gangnam District

It has a very convenient location. In particular, it is in the five minutes of walking distance to the subway station. I stayed at a four or five star hotel before. But I prefer this place to a hotel in terms of overall quality such as price.

I had a fantastic stay. What an excellent option to stay in a wonderful part of Gangnam. I couldn’t have asked for more. So clean, convenient, modern, new building and amenities and well priced for the location. I easily used the metro every day. I appreciated that there is an office on the first floor with hours. I needed help with my taxi and the gentleman was very patient and caring. This rental is part of a very well-run organized system which I liked. More like an apartment hotel with clear instructions and reasonable rules which was perfect for my stay in Seoul.

I stayed for two days, but everything was perfect. The host was always kind and quick to respond~ I highly recommend it and want to stay again!!

Great place and location! I stayed a little over a week and I had a wonderful stay! The place was just like in the pictures and I felt right at home. The view was beautiful and it’s a super convenient l oh cation as well! Lots of restaurants, bars, stores right outside the door. Loved it! The host was also super friendly and responded directly! Thanks for the help. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely book again! :)
