Waterfront holiday rentals in Gangnam District

It was so clean and cozy that I liked it.

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

Place was really cozy and accessible! As this place is situated in Dongmyo, it is easy to get around to many places within 30mins, with Dongdaemun in walking distance :) The accommodation provided everything I needed as well, along with clear instructions from the host on how to separate trash since I am not familar with it.

It was a clean and comfortable space like my own home that I wanted to stay again when I come to Seoul next time. It was nice that the accommodation was in front of the station, so it was so convenient to walk around!

Great location. It is within walking distance of Myongdong, Namdaemoon, and Gangwhamoon Square. There are many restaurants and easy access to the bus and the train station. The unit is exactly as shown on the listing and the perfect size for a single person or a couple.

The location is so nice, and the space is nice. However, it feels a little old. It's a great place with a position and view that offsets all that. It's a good value for the money

Gladi's apartment was everything that we hoped for. First of all, the view on the river Han is amazing! Then, the fact that the apartment is located right on top of the Mapo subway station makes going anywhere in the city really easy. Access to the Incheon airport is also super easy. We would definitely use this apartment again if we went back to Seoul.

We had a perfect stay at this apartment which is cozy and has everything you need. Even though it’s located in an animated street the isolation is great we don’t hear any noise from inside. The host responds really quickly and is very understanding and helpful. There’s plenty of choice for food and some shops in the same neighbourhood.

Definitely a great host who’s really kind, responsive and incredibly helpful with a great space and location (walkable to the train station, airport bus stops, plenty of convenient stores and hotspots) I’d highly recommend, and will rebook the same listing in the near future. 💖

Loved that it was very close to Lotte World and the malls. I have two little children (4 and 7) and 7 year old did not complained about walking to places. Washer and dryer was a life saver since it was hot and we had to change clothes/take shower often. Most toiletries are available and hair straightener was a life saver! Children also enjoyed wall projector during downtime. Just an FYI for future visitors, the area gets super crowded during evening (taxi was having a hard time driving through crowds), but empty during earlier hours (taxi was able to get to us quick because no foot traffic during check out time)

Very good, the location is in a local residential area, the surrounding living environment is also crowded.Easy to get around, the room is very clean, easy to check in.

This space is full of special things - it's clean, comfortable, and as wonderful as the photos. It is a cozy and lovely space that is full of things to do and restaurants to enjoy on foot, and it is a special place that gives you the opportunity to enjoy the Han River on foot or by bicycle. In particular, there is a delicious baguette restaurant that opens only on Sundays if you go up the stairs right in front of the house~

I was worried because it was my first time using it, but I was able to arrive at the accommodation comfortably because of the friendly explanation and easy guidance~~ It was nice to have a good time with acquaintances because it felt like I was inviting friends to my house. First of all, it was the best because I could use the 5th floor and the rooftop rooftop alone. I especially liked the bed, so I was able to sleep very comfortably. I was grateful to have a good time with my acquaintances.

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Really enjoyed our stay, great location!

I highly recommend staying at 숙희's place! I spent 4 months here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host responded extremely quickly- for instance when the battery on the door lock needed to be changed, she confirmed a time that would work for me and had it fixed within 5 hours. She also reached out with recommendations for local festivals and places to visit. The room was in great condition, with all the amenities I needed and great wifi. The washing machine worked well and I appreciated all the convenience. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking to stay in Seoul!

Great place!This is the second time to stay and Eun's place is beautifully renovated and very well stocked with all sorts of life must-have.There are cu and gs25 convenience stores just a few steps away, and it is also very close to Hongdae business district.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Donna Kim’s place. The European-style apartment is brand new and beautifully upgraded—everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I genuinely regretted booking it for only a few days—I easily could have stayed a month or more. The view overlooking the park was peaceful, and the location is perfect—close to great eateries, cafes, and easy access to public transportation. The space was spotless with not a speck of dust, plenty of hangers, lots of room, and high-quality amenities throughout. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the host warm hospitality. The hosts were incredibly communicative and thoughtful, surprising me with gestures during my stay that went above and beyond. Even the smallest things left a lasting impression—kindness I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in across South Korea, this has been by far the best, and I've stayed in a lot of locations.

It was very accomfortable accommodation! The room is very cleaned and we'll equipped it looks like new, It was really a home stay, there is also books inside room and my Son loves reading it, it's perfect for family stay..The host is very responsive..Thank you!

The host was very friendly and communicative and very good. There is also a parking space. It is very convenient to go to the subway Jianda Station. It takes 10 minutes on foot or there is a supermarket nearby by bus. Thank you very much.

The place is conveniently located within a 5 min walk to the metro. Lots of nearby restaurants, with close access to a protected walking/running path by the lake/stream.
