To be honest, at first, we were a bit worried that the house might be too far out, but the warm welcome we received from Patrizia and Damiano, combined with the stunning beauty of the house, immediately made us feel we had made the right decision. Everything was spotless, with fresh, clean linens and towels that smelled amazing. From the beautifully landscaped garden to the carefully curated decor throughout the house, every detail reflected thoughtfulness and a great sense of aesthetics. We especially loved the paintings by Valentina on the walls. It was a perfect stay—thank you again for everything! We recommend this place.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay here in Gangi. Claudia’s home is beautiful, with glorious views from the living room. Claudia and her husband were very kind and responsive hosts.

Thanks for letting us stay at your little slice of paradise. The cottage was as stunningly beautiful as the pictures show and we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of our normal city life. The surrounding area was breath taking to see with an abundance of pretty mountainside towns. We would definitely recommend hiring a car to stay here as we did, this will make getting to places easy. We particularly enjoyed our cooking class, it was both interesting and delicious. Our hosts were great throughout our stay. Catherina was very informative, with super clear instructions and a speedy reply she made sure everything went seemlessly. Dina and Nino came to meet us to show us to the cottage, they were extremely warm and welcoming from the get go. We really enjoyed getting to know them both a bit more during our cooking class, there were many laughs at dinner with them and they made us feel welcome and relaxed. Here you get a wonderful insight into how residents of the old town in Gangi live over several floors. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love. Here, every picture and every piece of furnishings is in place. You have to be aware that you are using a private apartment. Now in November we used the oven. You have a great view from the terrace. Those who stay in Gangi and in this apartment will experience Sicily. We felt very comfortable for three nights. Those arriving by car should understand that you can't drive to the front door. There is parking at the school which is free. From here you can walk 5 to 7 minutes through the old town to the apartment. We had backpacks. Roller suitcases are on the old pavement and not recommended with stairs. Communication was always friendly and quick. Very unproblematic. Highly recommended!
