This place is beautiful. It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of Kandy city. In the morning you can expect waking up to the most beautiful views of rice paddies and the sounds of birds. And in the evening, it is very peaceful. You’ll see a light show of fireflies and hear the crickets chirping. My husband and I just love spending time here. The location is also super convenient. It’s just a short walk from groceries, the gym, and all the local restaurants. We had an amazing time in Embilmeegame town. You can even walk to the tea factory for a tour if you’re interested. Uchitha was so helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, but still close to Kandy, I highly recommend this place!

We had a perfect stay. The property is beautiful and spacious. Lots of art and spaces to lounge, relax, and have fun. Each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom which was great. We visited as a family of 4 and were all able to get our privacy and enjoy quality time together. The view is unbelievable and the place itself is very aesthetic, clean, and well kept. Most importantly though, the host & caretaker were very friendly people, professional, and went above an beyond what was expected. When we arrived all restaurants were closed but they not only provided us with something to eat but cared about our situation which was very warming. They also made us delicious tea. We would stay there again, definitely one of the best places we've stayed out around the world.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, somewhat remote, villa with amazing surroundings. We walked down to the river, did yoga on the patio and had Ayurvedic treatments next door. The owner is a charming person with a beautiful vision for the place. He was very friendly and took time out to show us around the garden and let us try fresh herbs and spices. I would recommend to have a car so that you can get to Kandy and visit all beautiful and inspiring sights the area has to offer.
