Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gampaha

I stayed here from the 16th to the 19th of May. Neyil and Pubudu are excellent hosts. They were very responsive to my messages and were friendly and super helpful. This is a beautiful apartment well worth the price and definitely my top choice for my next visit as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Santhush’s property. The location is excellent, and the space itself is spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Santhush was an exceptional host—friendly, approachable, and very responsive throughout my visit. He was also flexible and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention to Tony, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and supportive. His warm and attentive approach added great value to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Kr kindly accepted a short notice booking from me. The apartment was perfect for my needs as a solo female traveller attending Gangarama Temple’s Nawam Perahara. I could even see the precession from the balcony. The apartment was suitably clean and tidy. Stunning finishes and decor. Great hot water shower and aircon - two of my must haves :) Kr was very responsive to my questions and gave detailed information of how to self check-in. The building staff are very friendly and helpful for anything you might need support with. Recommend staying here if you’re in Colombo.

Sumudu was always quick to respond to any of our requests, making our stay smooth and hassle-free. The location is very central, with plenty of grocery stores and shops nearby—ideal for anyone wanting to explore Colombo. The apartment features a spacious living room, ample bedrooms, bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. The rooftop pool and views are absolutely spectacular.

We only stayed here for half a day as we needed something close to the airport, and this place was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is very pleasant – there’s a lovely coffee shop nearby with great cakes. Overall, a great little spot for a short stay. The host, Devinda, was very responsive and proactive, which we really appreciated.

Great host - very responsive. We stayed one night so couldn't make use of the facilities. Local food options was a challenge for us as there was a festival and so I believe a lot of restaurants were closed/Uber eats kept cancelling our orders. Apartment was nice, lovely kitchen/communal space. Bathrooms could do with an update and there is no shampoo/conditioner so bring your own. Overall worth what we paid for

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was secure, clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed—including a fully equipped kitchen and a reliable fire alarm. The private location by the seaside was perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet still close to shopping stores for convenience. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay

Stayed for one night after landing in negombo, was just what was needed for a one night stop but also it was a huge villa that would be great to stay at longer for a large group, very cheap for the size

Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Host was very friendly and helpfull very nice guy. I really reccommend the place. It's all near to everything very accessible place all worth the money and experience. 💯💯💯 Loved this place will surely come back and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Eranga's. The place is beautiful and is serene. His staff Mr Chandana is super friendly and helpful. We reached at 2300h from airport and he was there to help us move our luggage and settle down for the night. He also provided a delicious breakfast. We would love to come back and stay here. Very close to Airport and easily reachable. Strongly recommended for all

A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

Mr. Gamini’s apartment in Cinnamon Gardens is a quiet and easily accessible location, perfect for tuk rides and food deliveries. The apartment is well-maintained, featuring a spacious, comfortable, and clean room with nice furniture and all necessary amenities. Mr. Gamini is an excellent host, always responsive and reachable anytime. The place is stocked with all essentials, including a continuous supply of drinking water and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Mr. Gamini and his family are very hospitable, helpful, and supportive always. Gamini is also a great cook, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious soup he provided. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend Mr. Gamini’s place to other guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Cosy Nook. It was spacious, airy, clean and comfortable and a quiet retreat yet conveniently located close enough to the airport, a 24/7 grocery store a short walk away and transport available freely by Pick Me app and on the main road nearby. The wonderful high ceilings added charm to the house and the huge veranda was a favourite relaxing spot for us. The full kitchen also had a water filter, which eliminated the hassle of having to buy bottled water. The hosts Merill and Inoka who live downstairs were super helpful and lovely people. Merrill helped arrange out transport from and to the airport, he even accompanied us when we needed to buy local Sims as the shop keeper didn't understand English. And Inoka helped find a driver guide for our day trip to Colombo. We really appreciated their kindness and help all through our stay. In all, a lovely place to stay and with very good and responsive hosts!

Nice place. Nuwan the caretaker was really helpful. Clean spacious house. A/C was on when we came so nice and pleasant inside . Recommend if you are staying near the airport. Use the app pickmeup for drop offs at the airport.

Very nice place to spend a birthday party or anniversary or just spend the weekend

we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

I really love this apartment mainly because of these 3 reasons, the host, the apartment and the location. Charith was a very understanding and accomodating host as he prepared all the items in the apartment which I required. He was very responsive to all the messages that I sent him. Secondly, the apartment was equipped with all the important amenities which were required by a working expat like me. I felt that I was at home because I can cook, sleep well, watching movies, exercising in the gym and attend to my laundry. The apartment was located in a very strategic location in the Colombo city centre where there were 4 grocery stores, a shopping mall, restaurants, hospitals and also in the hub of the commercial area. One of the most memorable event that took place in this location was the grand celebration of Wesak, which there was stage performance, free distribution of food, snack and tea, elephant and Buddha statue parade & procession. If I come again to Colombo, I will stay here

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Pushpa's apartment is very cozy and lives up to its description. It's set in a beautiful garden and has a stunning rooftop terrace from which you can admire the storm clouds. From the apartment's balcony, you can observe the local birdlife, very charming. The location is perfect, the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Clear and easy instructions. Highly recommended!
