Very clean and great place to stay.  Like home ,had a lovely time and definitely will book again every time we visit Srilanka/ Wattala.

Friendly and Responsive Host! I always received a responsive back quickly whenever I had an inquiry. Check in and check out was extremely easy with clear instructions. Had a great and relaxed time at this wonderful clean apartment. The area is nice and quiet and the Apartment is safe with a gate and 24/7 security. Gym is wonderful with new equipment + very clean building. There are restaurants close by and Uber available :)

Brilliant stay! This was my first time using Airbnb in Sri Lanka, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured. I felt incredibly secure thanks to the gate security. Having two clean and tidy bathrooms and bedrooms was a major plus. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main road, and the proximity to the airport was very convenient. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the host, JJ. Their communication was outstanding, with prompt and helpful responses to all my queries. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sri Lanka!

Beautiful, spacious well arranged apartment that we felt like our second home during our stay. Place is well presented neat & tidy & had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing I stayed 11th floor of same place when it was kingsburry Residences’s. So this is my second visit to platinum one suites. I like the place and location, Mohamed ur staff was amazing. Thank you for late checkout. Thanks a lot and will be back soon.

We love this place. Everything good. We like coconut trees in the estate. The caretaker Damayanthi and her children very helpful beyond our words. They explained everything about Sri Lanka. Everything as described in about this apartment Villa in the Airbnb listing. They allowed us to use upstairs without any additional charges. Caretakers are extremely helpful. That is the highlight of our stay

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

I had a comfortable stay here! The location is very convenient! what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, including a lovely view of the city. While it might seem a bit far from the center at first glance, it’s actually not. Tuktuks are always available right downstairs, and there's also a mini mart for essentials. The house has most of the amenities you’d need, and the bottles of water in the fridge were a really thoughtful touch. The host was also quick to respond and solve any issues I had. Definitely recommended!
