It was a wonderful stay! She is an incredibly sweet hostess who goes 100% for you and thinks along! She took us to the local market, a boat trip and even gave cooking class! Her space is very cool with a beautiful garden, rooftop roof terrace and even a garden in the house. Inside it's like a museum with unique stuff from all over the world! Highly recommended

In a nutshell, the whole layout of the house was beyond expectations and matched Australian standards. Everything was pristinely clean and the kitchen was fully equipped and even included an air fryer. Though we didn't cook during our six-week stay, as our friends and family supplied our meals, we appreciate the amenities. The beautiful garden and the peaceful and secure neighbourhood, made us feel safe as if we were in our own home. The owner's father who lived nearby was very helpful and approachable. Every little detail has been addressed and even the universal plugs and switchboard were thoughtfully provided for our own appliances. Another major attraction and a favourite was the washing and drying space provided on the rooftop, which gave us a good view of the surrounding area and the wildlife. Can be fully recommended to anyone who values a clean, peaceful and spacious home while travelling.

We love to stay at this place. Beautifully furnished, a little oasis in busy Colombo. Senerath, the caretaker, is utterly amazing. We always feel very at home.

A beautifull , relaxing and lovely home with loads of fruits and exotic veg on the garden. Well secured and Mr. Gamini is very friendly and helpfull , priyanga was very helpful and easy to communicate.. and very close to most of the places..loved the stay..

We had a great stay and Janith's Airbnb. Really good communication, and care taker was around if we needed any help with anything. Perfect for a group stay. Was clean, tidy. Pool was exactly what you needed with the heat and lit up in the evening so you could still enjoy it at night time. Would recommend... looking Forward to coming back :)

The place is absolutely beautiful, just as pictured. The sea is only a few steps from the house, and while it feels wonderfully private, it’s still ideally located—just an 8-minute tuk-tuk ride from the heart of town. It’s the perfect spot to stay in Negombo: peaceful, untouched by mass tourism, and embraced by a warm, welcoming local community. Along the road, you’ll find delicious street food prepared by neighbors, and the lively fish market is just minutes away. Prashant and his family are exceptional hosts. I couldn’t be more grateful to have discovered this gem. I’m already looking forward to coming back. It’s also a great choice for longer stays, thanks to how comfortable and homely it feels!

My family and I stayed in Nicola’s Airbnb last week. The location was very easy to find, and the security is very good. Upon arrival, Mr. Roshan was ready to receive us and helped us with our bags. He is extremely helpful, showed us around the apartment and even gave clear instructions on how to use appliances available if needed. Mr. Roshan is quick to reply to queries and tend to concerns. The airbnb itself was spotless, has all the amenities included in the listing, including essentials, washer with dryer, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped. The rooms are spacious, all the rooms are equipped with AC. There’s a huge pool/gym located on the 6th floor, and a supermarket on the 5th floor. It is so children friendly, my little brother did not want to leave. The location is excellent, there’s multiple supermarkets/ restaurants and shopping malls nearby. My family loved this place so much, we’re sure to stay here if available when we come back to Sri Lanka again! Thank you, Nicola! 😄

I was privileged to have stayed at 7 Amber as it brought back nostalgic memories of my childhood. The welcome Ravi and Rohini gave me was warm, friendly and typical of Sri Lankan hospitality. On arrival, I found food in the fridge to keep me going for the first couple of days. This helped me to get settled and enjoy the the apartment. The apartment was like a home from home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. It was spacious, clean and safe. The flat was very well equipped. There was a balcony at the front with a decked area. It was lovely to sit, enjoy a cup of Ceylon tea and listen to the birds. The apartment is an ideal location as it was very central and you could walk to the shops, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants. Ravi and Rohini were very friendly, kind and helpful. They even brought delicious home cooked Sri Lankan food for me on several occasions. I was very sad to leave as I felt I had become part of the family. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Super beautiful, calm, and well decorated new Airbnb in Colombo. I stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of my stay. It's a great addition to the city & Manthika was super lovely too, thank you!

We had a great 3 nights, we had a friendly welcome and they were very helpful If we needed anything it was attended to ASAP which made our stay great A special thank you to Ruwan and his wife for all their help in taking our luggage up to the third floor and back down when it was time for us to leave, which was an extreme help. We had a fantastic stay at Tash’s place. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and has very comfy beds. The view from the balcony is even more impressive in person. We enjoyed sunbathing and using the pool on floor 6. Tash relplied to our messages quickly, was very helpful and left clear and precise check in instruction. She also very kindly allowed us to have a late check out. Thanks so much Tash!😊🙏

very clean and well-equipped apartment... upstairs of a family living below very nice and discreet and present if needed... a unique air conditioning in the room which is paid for and is not reported as such. very close to the big traffic of the city and the sea, but far enough away to sleep properly!!

The accommodation is huge and a private place above the rooftops of Negombo. A great place to unplug after a long flight. However, the kitchen is not sufficient for longer stays with self-catering. The beds are super comfortable and for those who need air conditioning: it works great. Anuk was always easy to reach, helped us with his housekeeper with luggage and organized us a taxi for transportation to the airport.

I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Was an amazing experience staying at Leedon's place. the apartment was clean, came with all ameneties listed and Leedons was extremely accommodating when our flight got delayed and we requested a late checkout will definitely stay here again next time I am in Colombo.

Romesh was a great Airbnb host. He was very flexible and offered me his apartment when I decided to stay 2 more weeks. Very responsive to long list of questions, I asked before moving ink surprises. Pushpa's apartment is very cozy and lives up to its description. It's set in a beautiful garden and has a stunning rooftop terrace from which you can admire the storm clouds. From the apartment's balcony, you can observe the local birdlife, very charming. The location is perfect, the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Clear and easy instructions. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, had lots of facilities. The view is also beautiful. There isn’t much to do within walking distance, however we booked here to relax and prepare for our flight quite close to the airport. Dr M was very responsive and an overall great host. I can definitely recommend this place.
