Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

Umendra is a very kind and friendly host. She always made sure we felt comfortable at her place. I would not hesitate to recommend her place to anyone. This is a beautiful unit with excellent views .even better than the pictures on the Airbnb website. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance Buddhika was very helpful too he even came late at night to hand over the keys to us.

I have just spent 2 weeks here and it was amazing. To start with each room had AC and a fan !! The bedrooms were perfect with a chest of draw in each. 2 bathrooms and 2 showers. The kitchen was stocked with - utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, cutlery, cups. There was a microwave (although we didn’t use it), a hob, and a washing machine. 2 balcony’s, one of them worked really well as a place to dry our clothes (drying rack and pegs provided). There was also washing powder for our clothes as well which was really thoughtful. The pool and gym were also great to have access too as well. During the morning a lot of the pool area is in the shade but at around 12/1pm it’s the perfect location for a sunbathe. During our stay we had communications with the owner Nath, who answered any questions we had and also gave us great recommendations on what to do and see in Sri Lanka. If I’m ever back in Sri Lanka I would definitely stay here again !!

thanks to the host for flexible check-in process because I came little bit earlier so he offered me the identical apartment that was already prepared for my check in and i could take a good rest. the apartment is perfectly clean itself, and the building is also very nice, i loved the rooftop and pool area! The location cannot be better and I also was lucky to face the festival of Wesak that was happening just on the same street. It was all of the lights and amazing vibes - so beautiful. I will come again!

The apartment is conveniently located close to all the amenities. The apartment was clean and modern with all the necessary facilities for a comfy stay. Chiran and his farther was able to ready the place on a very short notice and really thankful for that. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the place for a stay in Colombo.

Great place as described in the listing. We faced a long powercut (4hrs) right after we checked in. I believe it was a one time thing. Really like the way he approached the situation. Praba was proactive to inform about the alternatives he can provide. The amenities were of great help as we were in Colombo for a wedding reception

Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Wonderful host. Always in touch. Always going to meet. Checked in earlier, allowed to check out later. All wishes and questions were answered with help. Responded clearly to the inconvenience. The house is big and probably one of the best in the area. It's a pity there was no pool. We enjoyed everything.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

The villa is super comfortable and feels like being at home. We loved the whole space and the front garden with the parking as well. Super responsive and proactive host, can’t fault him whatsoever. Some parts are still being built but that didn’t bother/affect us. Will definitely book again next time!

This is a gorgeous little house in the middle of Maharagama. It’s sparkling clean and the hosts, Nandima and Chandani were great. I arrived late and they were very helpful. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is really nice. You get the whole top floor complete with lovely balcony. I come to Sri Lanka a lot and will stay here next time I’m in the country.

Mr. Kalinga property was one of the best deal I ever had in Airbnb. Entire property is awesome with quiet neighbor. Negombo beach and market is not much far from this place and can be easily accessed by Tuk Tuk through pickme app. Property is exactly same as what described. Kitchen and bathroom are perfectly clean as described in pictures. You can find all cooking utensils, fridge and gas to cook your own meal. There are big and small grocery shops at walking distance for daily needs. Wifi speed is very good without any issue. All items are new as this property is recently build. Mr. Kalinga is a very kind hearted person who takes good care of guests. Appreciate his kind hospitality and would highly recommend to go ahead with his property.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal and safe neighborhood. The host was attentive and made sure I had a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and relaxing stay!

Such a wonderful stay for our family, as we all enjoyed ourselves using the amenities of the residences. This is very much a family friendly residence, with a playground and a pool (not just 1 pool, but 3 pools - one was a leisure pool, the other was a pool for toddlers which is shallow and the other was a lap pool). There was also a gym, but we didn’t get time to use this. Great location as it is walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a minimart within the building which was really handy, as we literally went down everyday to get something, whether it be drinks, sweets or snacks for the kids. Everything was as listed and the host is extremely helpful and responsive! Would highly recommend and if we come back to Colombo, this will be the place to stay with kids. Thank you so much :)

Well equipped apartment in convenient area of Colombo. Many cable TV channels. Property has a beautiful pool, exercise & pool & ping pong facilities.

Its been years since I've come to Colombo but I used to visit fairly often. This apartment was better than some hotels I've been at during my travels. First off, the unit is amazing. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms immaculate. Towels are included which is always a plus. AC's are very powerful. The building itself is awesome. There is a grocery store and laundromat on the fifth floor. Pool and gym is on sixth. Didn't get to have a dip but saw lots of residents making use of the amenities. Location wise, it's close to the city centre. Lots of value here. Don't hesitate to book if it's available. To sum up, If I could give six stars, i would. Thanks for being a great host Francis.
