My family had a fabulous time at Hook,Wine and Sinker! The house is absolutely gorgeous!!! We loved the pool and hot tub The inside of the house is spacious and by beautifully decorated The master bedroom is fab and the beds are very comfortable The massage chair is a very nice touch We would definitely return to Hook,Wine and Sinker in the future!!’

Fabulous stay for a holiday weekend with extended family. The number of rooms, bathrooms, living space and elevator made it super comfy! Being steps to the beach was amazing!

absolutely amazing!! the house was beautiful and location was excellent. we had a golf cart delivered from Rick's and used it to get food from the pizza place, Mexican food, supplies from the food mart, go to the coffee shop, the neighborhood park... the incredible pool (heated!) and hot tub, the fishing right off the lower deck, all the areas outside to sit and chat, the wonderful kitchen for meal prep... we hardly left the house. and an elevator?? since all living area is on the second and third floors, it was great for loading and unloading. i can't say enough. we all said it was the BEST vacation!

Great stay. Lots of things for kids to do. You do not need to bring anything from beach towels, chairs, kayaks, body boards ect . The house is stocked. Very clean. Host easy to communicate. Thanks for letting us stay! JB

We had the most amazing stay at this beach house in Crystal Beach, TX! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the deck with that ocean view—unbeatable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We especially loved the outdoor shower, the comfy beds, and how peaceful the neighborhood was. Crystal Beach itself is a hidden gem—laid-back, family-friendly, and full of local charm. We’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a relaxing coastal escape, this place is it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! What a pleasant home away from home. Felt like going to “Grandmas” for the summer mixed with a California dreaming vibe. Breathtaking views on the deck and fabulous fishing spot!!! Loving memories weee made as we cooked with fellowship made easy in open concept living/dining area. The beds were super comfy! Thank you… Gareth was the PERFECT host!!! He never missed a post, and we always felt safe and affirmed as family. Thank you so much for your personable and considerate demeanor. This was an all time favorite place that we have ever stayed in. Incredible space, indoor and out. Gorgeous view, super responsive hosts. Everyone wants to go back. It was a perfect space to have my family’s gathering to celebrate my nieces birthdays together. Sparkling clean too!

Our family enjoyed our stay - The best part was how close it was to the beach. We have 2 under 2 and it was easy to visit the beach multiple times throughout our stay. The host was responsive and kind. The property itself showed some signs of wear and tear, but I imagine that's pretty consistent with the harsh conditions of being near the beach (salt water, wind, humidity, etc.) The kitchen had everything we needed and the balconies were delightful in the evenings. Unfortunately it rained 5 inches during our stay, but thankfully the property and our car was on high ground and never in danger of flooding even though properties around us were flooded.

It was our first time using an Airbnb and Whitney made the experience wonderful. I was stressed trying to find a last minute place for a work trip when I found Whitney and she was so helpful. The place was so nice, beautiful, and peaceful. All instructions left for us were very clear and easy. I would 110% come back for a regular vacation!

We loved our stay!!!!! The condo was very comfortable and clean. We had a total of 9 ppl and there was plenty of room for us all. The beach club was a blast! The beach was private! The drive into town is long but if you want a private slow quiet getaway this is your spot!

Super duper clean space and decorated nice. Low water pressure in shower and kitchen. The AC units kept clicking off during the middle of the night and waking us up. Enjoyed our stay and plenty of space.

Had a great stay in Galveston! David and Grace were friendly and responsive hosts. The place was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. Would stay again!

This place is awesome, there was a foosball table that the older kids enjoyed. The house is on a lake that is beautiful and a kayak to enjoy. I had 4 teens with me that lived every minute of it, they swam in the lake and also fished. There is a great backyard with a fire pit that we used for roasting marshmallows and a bbq pot as well. It is also about 30 minutes from the beach so that is great as well. I could go on and on about this house, we had a great time!

Extraordinary experience if you are looking to have a taste of what living in 1905 looked like. From the original architecture to the furniture and the history of the house, our stay was filled with wonder.

Shonario was a great host! He checked on us everyday and made sure we were comfortable. The house is very conveniently located to visit the Space Center, Galveston, Moody Gardens and Kemah Boardwalk. We enjoyed the stay and kids enjoyed the board games.

I stayed with friends and family for Labor Day in September and this oceanfront house was very nice.

Amazing host and a great home. We loved every minute of it. We would definitely go back!
