Beautiful renovated villa consisting of an apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and another small house in front of the street. We stayed in the big one. Each of the two real estate units has its own private outdoor space. Very clean, extremely bright house thanks to the skylights, close to the sea, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Kitchen equipped with everything. Great and kind welcome. If I have to find a flaw: I would have liked at least a minimum of detergents, soaps, etc. (from us in the mountains it does so...), but I still gave 5 stars because it deserves it!!!!

My experience is definitely very positive. Clean, spacious apartment and well equipped with comforts... it is not in a central area or very close to the sea, but if you bring a bicycle, it takes five minutes to get to the sea. An apartment also has a space to keep bicycles... kitchen equipped with various equipment to be able to feel like in your own home, well air-conditioned. Really very satisfied. The Host is always very helpful and ready to answer you...

Beautiful apartment that has everything you need. Close to the beach, quiet, centrally located, good restaurants, shopping and close to Misano Circuit. Leopoldo was an excellent host and always attentive, friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We hope to be back again!
