Monthly Rentals in Fussa

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The check-in process was smooth and contactless, which made everything super easy. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including fresh towels, kitchen essentials, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transit, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was a big plus. The host was also very responsive and friendly, offering great local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was going well. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It felt like a home away from home!

The stay began with warm welcome from the host’s hospitality. The place was clean filled with convenient amenities and goods. I didn’t have to do any shopping during my stay because the place was so well equipped with amenities. The place was very quiet that I could concentrate on my project. The host responded so quickly whenever I had questions. It was so comfortable that I didn’t not want to leave after spending for two months there. I would definitely recommend the place.

Lovely place. Modern and fun decor but also lots of great and well thought out features such as speakers and a washing machine that actually does temperature- a rarity in Japan! Also the coffee making facilities were excellent. In terms of location, it’s really close to the local station Haijima and is really about a five minute walk. Typically, there are a few places to eat around d the station. If you want to get out to west Tokyo this is a good place to go!
