Monthly Rentals in Freshwater

This is the perfect place for us as it’s quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the Tennyson Downs to the side. The annex is clean, spacious and has everything you need, including two private outside areas where our dogs could wander free on their own. The location is perfect as it’s within easy reach of Totland, Colwell Bay, Freshwater and Freshwater Bay by car but also on foot. There are shops, takeaways, chemists, leisure facilities and restaurants nearby. Yarmouth is also only a short drive or lovely walk away along the coast and then through the woods by Fort Victoria. There are so many lovely walks that you’re spoilt for choice. Andi checked in on us a couple of times and the hosts were responsive both before and during our stay. We feel lucky to have found this perfect spot and will definitely be returning; this is our second visit and we would highly recommend it.

It was amazing and relaxing stay to Dan and Wendy’s place. My husband and I felt like really at home that we also missed our way back home in PH. The place is easy to find and clean. The couple are very responsive to my chat whenever I have a questions. We saw Wendy personally and she is really approachable. The place is near to the famous attractions which is The Needles and one of my fave beach The Freshwater Bay. For other attractions, people don’t have to worry as the bus stop is just like 1-2mins from their place. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou very much Dan and Wendy!☺️

A beautiful and unique holiday place. Tucked away and hard to find which gave it added charm. Good location for walks. Peaceful garden with views. It had everything we needed and more. In Freshwater we learned about the fascinating lives of literary heroes and well known figures in the Victorian era - such as Tennyson, Garibaldi, Darwin, pioneer photographer Julia Margaret Cameron, Lewis Carroll, Edward Lear and Charles Kingsley who all met and lived nearby. Don’t miss the Dimbola museum and cafe.

Well laid out tiny home in it’s own garden at the rear of the house. Good location for walking and exploring the coastal path. Great cafe around the corner with a local shop for supplies. Will definitely be back.
