Monthly Rentals in Frenchman's Cay

From start to finish our experience with Ann Marie and stay at Ataraxia Cottage was fantastic! Ann Marie was incredibly communicative and responsive from the start, providing (extremely helpful!) guidance on getting on the car ferry in St Thomas and where to meet her to get to the cottage. The cottage itself was a dream - literally, we slept like logs on a wonderful mattress every night after busy days hiking and on the beach. The cottage provided the perfect haven for our stay - the kitchen is equipped well for small meals, beach chairs and towels provided, and we barely needed the AC - the ceiling fans were enough! We would and will absolutely return to Ataraxia and Coral Bay - slightly off the beaten track and still so easy to reach all parts of St John. Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb on Tortola! The unit was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed, from a full kitchen to cozy outdoor seating. I left the doors open while I was there to take advantage of the lovely breeze. And while the unit has air conditioning O didn’t turn it on until I went to bed. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and full of local tips that made my trip extra special. Whether you’re looking to relax or adventure, this place is a perfect home base while you’re on Tortola.

Great property! Pictures doesn’t make justice. Very well stock kitchen, extra ice maker was a plus, they even bring us some extra bag’s of ice. Beautiful view and very clean. The only recommendation would be to add blackout shades to rooms, since current shades are clear and sun gets to room early in the morning. Other than that place is great. Would recommend without hesitation.

What a stunning place. Very clean, incredible view, and two amazing beaches within easy walking distance (such smooth sand at the bottom of the hill, and good snorkelling at Smuggler’s Cove). The restaurants nearby are right on the beach, and I particularly liked the Friday buffet at Tropical Fusion. I rented a car which made it really easy to get to the grocery store (but wow the roads from the airport are a bit narrow, hilly, and winding so be ready for that). Would definitely stay here again.
