5/5 Stars We had an absolutely serene stay at this stunning property! The house is exquisitely decorated and perfectly designed, making it the ideal retreat. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, which we enjoyed with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the adorable alpacas roam. The property's peaceful atmosphere and picturesque views are perfectly balanced by its proximity to Daylesford town, just a 10-15 minute drive away. We had the most wonderful stay! So peaceful and serene. The cottage is absolutely perfect with all the amenities you need for your stay. We had a great stay. It was relaxing and instantly felt relaxed and at home. The fire place was made and ready for us and the heaters and lights were on when we arrived. The atmosphere was beautiful and waking up in the hills and quiet was just what we needed. Will definitely be back.

Lovely cosy little cottage, beautiful surroundings and great to see the wildlife roaming around. Everything was clean and Jan was very responsive and helpful. wood fire was fun to sit around on our cold rainy time in Basalt. thanks for a lovely stay.
