Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Franklin

Scarlets cottage was beautiful. Easy to find. We felt at home. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated with wonderful antiques (which I love). The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. My granddaughter loved playing in the backyard. It’s a place I would come back to in the future.

We were in Franklin for our fighters wedding. This was the perfect location! The house was both beautiful and in a peaceful setting!

It was a great cottage! Great for cooking, but there were items that were said to be included that were not, and there were items that were included that would have been nice to know about. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Enjoyed our stay at Rebekah's. Spent 5 days there and enjoyed seeing the Franklin area. Three days would be plenty to see the town and surrounding area. We spent 2 days visiting attractions outside of Franklin (Uncle Nearest Distillery in Shelbyville, Grand Ol Opry/Nashville and Leiper's Fork. Easy access to the freeways. While about a mile from downtown Franklin, we drove due to the traffic but found parking easily in Franklin at this time of year (late April - early May). The traffic in the greater Nashville area is very very heavy during rush hour, so if you are going to use this as a base to see Nashville or Murfreesborrow, plan accordingly. Nothing but great things to say about Rebekah's place. It was just as advertised and the perfect spot for us. I'm a coffee lover, check out Mr. Art's Coffee which is 2-3 minute drive away.

Gretchen's place was very nice. easy location with easy drive into downtown. Gretchen was very responsive to any questions we had.

Really clean place and in the perfect geo-location to travel to most major places in Tennessee, in a day. Local food was great and in close proximity.

The host was extremely nice, and super helpful. The tiny home was beautiful and clean it was perfect for our 2 night get away.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Al was very responsive as I had some delays with my travel plans. The place was very Nice a peaceful.

Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here. This was such a wonderful getaway from the noise of the city. The yard and the garden was kept so well. It was absolutely a delight to stay here.

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. I loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future! Thank you Carrie!

Very nice stay, especially for the price. We didn’t realize that it had two separate bedrooms, so that was a pleasant surprise. Very very quiet, near nice places and a cute town!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Great place to relax in Nashville! Very nice rooftop deck that sets the scene of a Nashville sunset with the city skyline!! We love this place!!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Beautifully renovated property on a very peaceful, quiet street. Didn’t spend more than 10$ to get anywhere via uber/lyft (stayed within Nash), many food options within a short distance! Connie was so sweet and responsive, they were even able to accommodate an early check in request! We appreciate everything so much and cannot wait to plan our next trip back! P.S. lots of games, linens, towels, etc. provided, don’t forget to leave a note/recommendation in the notebooks!! ☺️

The room was perfect and I loved the location. We walked to 12th street and to Hattie Bs. Walter was quick to respond! Had a wonderful stay.
