great time, beautiful area, responsive and attentive host. pool and hot tub were ready to go and wonderful.

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

I highly recommend staying here. It is as exactly described as shown in pictures. Very clean,spacious and comes with all your basic household needs. Checking in and out was very easy. It was very quiet and peaceful. Instructions and house rules are very simple and easy to follow. The host was very kind and easy to reach. 10/10 recommend over a hotel and great for families of all ages.

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

Great, beautiful and clean space. The kitchen, dining, and living were perfect for visiting. We spent some time in the pool - wish it hadn't rained so we could enjoy it even more.

This home is great! Everything we needed was there for our family of five. And, with the hot tub, pool, game room and well stocked kitchen this place offered much fun and activities right in the home! The location is an easy drive or Uber to downtown; you can be in the heart of Nashville fun in 15 minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

We had a great time during our short stay- very cute, clean house and private backyard. Close to downtown and there is a coffee shop in walking distance. If you need a fan at night, bring your own though because there aren't ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

This was a great place to stay for my best friend’s Bachelorette trip! The host was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I saw a few comments about the location being sketchy so I was a bit worried but honestly I felt safe and so did the others girls! We had no problems with the location at all. I only rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and the blinds were kinda broken in spots. It was very helpful having all of the dishes,utensils and utilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This home was absolutely perfect for my father and me during our extended long weekend in the Franklin area visiting family. The location couldn’t have been better, and the attention to detail throughout the house was truly impressive, everything was so thoughtfully arranged. Cozy, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home. They thought of everything to ensure guests feel happy and cared for. Well worth the price, and we would definitely return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We booked this place as a retirement getaway for a friend. It was economical, clean and within walking distance of what we wanted to do in Franklin. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

House is located is a peaceful, walkable neighborhood. Perfect location. Close to restaurants and stores. Huge fenced backyard. Kitchen had everything we needed. New charcoal grill.

You know how in Harry Potter, the room of requirement provided every need that students could possibly need? Well Fran & Fi’s cottage was that for us. A group of friends met up for a long weekend and every time we asked ourselves “hmm I wonder if this place has an extension cord or dishwasher pods or extra towels” it only took a quick search to find what we needed. So The Room of Requirement quickly became the term of the weekend. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exactly what we needed to spread out and chat and quilt for a few days. It’s located on a quiet street but also only minutes from a grocery store and restaurant/shops. The beds were very comfortable too! We’ll be staying here again and are already looking forward to it.

Deb's home was so special! It was so beautiful on the inside and so peaceful on the outside. I really enjoyed the swing on the porch! She was super helpful and so kind. If I'm ever back in this part of Tennessee, I would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect spot!

We loved our stay! Karen's place is absolutely gorgeous and located only a short walk to the main area of downtown Franklin. We appreciated her recommendations for shops, restaurants, and areas to enjoy a morning walk. The place was immaculate and free of clutter allowing us to feel right at home. Karen responded promptly whenever I reached out and I would definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.

The house exterior and interior were lovely. Lots of games and activities included indoor and out which we took advantage of. Also a lot of treats and snacks that we also took advantage of. Big benefit being a block away from some walking trails at an adjacent city park. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. We stayed with three couples and a five year old child. The bookshelf games and the vintage video game in the barrel were well utilized and kept the little guy entertained for most of the stay. If a five year old's review counts, when we opened the door he wanted to go in first and ran into all the rooms and up the stairs and all we could hear was, " Whoah, Whoah, Whooaah".......a great way to start our stay!

When we saw the photos of this home online we could tell immediately this was going to be a cozy, beautiful space. It lived up to that and more in person. Not only that, but Kasey and JT could not be better hosts in every sense of the word. They were beyond friendly, helpful, kind, and welcoming to not only their home but their incredible town of Leiper’s Fork. When we come back to TN in the future, this will be the only place we’ll be staying at. PS - Bagel is the master at being effortlessly interesting.

We had a lovely stay. The place is really pretty and perfectly clean. The views are sweeping. It's totally private and peaceful. There are many steps to get to the residence above a wedding venue so be aware of that.

Beautiful property with spacious house! Clean, love the back porch, fire pit, and games! The beds are super comfy and the water pressure is great, which matters to me! Spent the day at the winery and quick drive back to house! Would definitely stay again!
